Part 8

You all sat in awkward silence for a few moments before anyone said anything. 'Soooo... you look nice Y/N' said Edd smiling at you. 'Thanks, so do you. I've never seen you wear anything other than that green hoodie.' You said smiling. 'Well what's wrong with it?' said Edd looking at his hoodie. You laughed before assuring him that there was nothing wrong with it. A few moments later Tom spoke up. 'Umm- Y/N we don't know much about you do we?' He said looking at you. You thought about this for a second before realizing he was right. They only really knew your name and where you were from. 'Well, what do you wanna know?' You said. Tord spoke up first. 'Tell us about your family.' He said looking out of the window. 'Oh umm- my parents passed during a raid and as you know my only sibling...' You trailed off, a hurt look on your face. 'Sorry, that was insensitive-' said Tord scratching his neck awkwardly. Suddenly the car slowed to a stop. 'We're here' Yelled the driver through the screen. You opened the door and walked out.

As you approached the door a tall man stepped in front of you. Tord showed him a card before he let you in. It smelt strongly of sweat and alcohol as well as smoke. You walked around for a second before Matt pulled you to the side. 'Hey... umm- mind if I join you?' He said. Join you in what? You nodded at him before you grabbed his hands and started dancing. It wasn't professional. Not even good but you had fun. You were shaking your hips and waving your arms He laughed at you smiling suddenly you tripped over someone's foot and landed in Matts arms. 'she looks really cute...' thought Matt. He helped you get to your feet. You continued to dance until you were both tired out. You both went to get a drink. As you sat down you looked at Matt and kissed him gently on the cheek. You both blushed a deep red before either of you said anything. ' You missed-' said Matt. He faced you and kissed you gently on the lips. You relaxed and felt all tension melt away. He stood up before saying 'I'm gonna go find Tom and Tord and make sure they aren't having a gay fight.' He said winking at you and walking off.

You got up and started walking over to the dance floor before bumping into a man. He turned around and looked at you. He looked you up and down before saying 'Hey sweet cheeks- why don't you and I head out for the night... y'know have some fun-' He said winking and grabbing onto your wrist. Suddenly you felt a hand on your shoulder. It was Edd. 'Excuse me sir would you mind letting go of her?' He said glaring at him. 'Actually, me and her were just about to head into town...' He said gripping onto your wrist harder. You tried to pull yourself away but he was too strong. He started dragging you away when your backhand slapped him hard across the face. He let go of you and raised his fist at you when Edd leaped on top of him. Soon they were beating one another up, but the guy was winning. He threw Edd off of him and was about to punch him when full of rage you snapped. You leaped onto him full of anger and started to beat him up. You were punching him however he threw your small body off of his easily. You didn't stop though. you clung onto his back while scratching him. You crouched and wrapped your hands around his waist and flipped him over. He fell headfirst onto the ground.

You helped Edd up to his feet and hugged him tightly 'Oh my god thank you!' You said squeezing him. He hugged you back tightly before saying 'I feel like a knight and I think that this knight deserves a-' Before he could finish you kissed him on the lips. You pulled away and laughed at the look on his face. He looked like a shocked tomato. You started to dance with him shaking your arms and holding his hands. By the end of the song, you were both a tired blushing laughing mess. You knew you both looked insane. Tom walked over to you guys before confused and laughing presumably at how insane you both looked. He was about to say something when the song you had practiced dancing to came on. You looked at each other and grinned. He grabbed your hand and you both started to dance-

You heard lots of clapping and loud whistling coming from the crowd, especially from Edd, Matt, and Tord. You and Tom looked at each other for a few seconds before you jumped onto his back and said 'To the drinks!' He laughed and carried you there. He set you down and got each of you a drink before saying 'I'm impressed you managed to pull that off! So listen I have been meaning to tell you this for a while but it's okay if you don't feel the same-' You cut him off by kissing him on the lips. You could feel him gently touching your face before you each pulled away. 'Wow... that felt nice- maybe we could do that again some other time-' he said winking at you. 'Maybe-' you said. He got up blushing after saying that Edd and Matt were drinking too much and he had to make sure they hadn't passed out. 

You stood in the corner when Tord walked up to you. 'Hey, you enjoying yourself?' He said looking you up and down. You nodded when a slow song (something like dance monkey.) came on. You got up quickly saying 'Ha this is my favorite song!' You grabbed his hand and pulled him onto the dance floor. He laughed as you attempted to seductively dance in front of him as a joke. He grabbed your waist saying 'Nah that's not how you do it- you need to shake your hips like you mean it...' He grabbed onto your body his hands running up and down your sides. This went on for another few minutes when the song Tom, Edd, and Matt were dancing to before came on. He grabbed your hand and they all started dancing in sync. You laughed at them at the end as they all started to pretend to seductively dance. They all looked like idiots by the end. As the song ended you saw a guy walk passed you. He looked pretty shady. He wasn't dancing or drinking or anything. He stopped once he was behind Tord. What was he doing? He put his hand in his pocket and pulled out something...- a gun. Your heart stopped. He faced Tord with the gun. You quickly jumped in front of him as he pulled the trigger...

You heard the gunshot and screaming and a horrible pain in your shoulder. You wanted to scream but you couldn't. You saw the terror in Tords eyes and the sound of running and yelling. The pain didn't stop. Are you okay? That was all you could manage before dropping to the ground. you saw Edd and Matt rush to your side while Tom pounced on the guy. 'I think I was shot-' You said managing a weak smile before passing out.

Hey, my dearies! (I sound like an old lady) I can't believe this has gotten over 100 reads! I'm not planning on ending this any time soon and apologies for not posting for the last couple of days. However, I've completed another chapter and all I have to say is I've thought everything out and there's a perfectly good reason for everything- I shall say nothing more and must say sorry for any grammar punctuation ect because I have to do that at the end of every chapter. hope you all enjoyed it!
