aish. if anything happens to that girl i dont know what i would do next.
she couldve just asked her boyfriend to go with her so why leave by herself? although i know shes not the type of person to get scared at this kind of place. come on a girl like Jea? afraid of going here alone? if you couldve only seen her talk back to us as if were not older than her. psh.
" AAHHH!" what was that??!
my head automatically turned. searching where the sound came from. i felt my heart pound loudly.could she be in any danger??!
"jea...." was all that slipped out of my mouth.
dodging the small branches of trees and ignoring the incredible amount of rain tapping against my skin. i ran as fast as i could. my mind was in complete blank. i stopped the details coming from my mind. i shouldnt think that way. i cant risk seeing her or even thinking that she isnt fine.
panting heavily. i calmed myself down when i saw her. finally.
there she is. her body all curled up in a ball under a tree. it would have been enough to shield her from getting wet but apparently the rain is too hard for the trees to even resist.
this would have also been the best time to have an umbrella but the wind came on me when i was hurrying my way to here and flipped back the umbrella i was holding. great! just great!
my feet willingly dragged my way towards her. i dont know why i feel like im afraid to come closer. just then she lifted her face up and by the looks of it she was shocked to see me.
with one swift motion i find myself being hugged by jea. her grip on my waist was somehow hurting by the moment then it hitted me. she was scared probably by the lightning? or maybe the thunder but either of those i know that she's scared.
i hugged her back,inhaling her scent that still lingered on her hair. i patted her head.
" its okay...im here~ dont worry" i said soothingly.
i heard her sob. i-is she crying??! i held moved my hand and placed it on her cheeks to lift her face up.
why? even at this state she seem so beautiful. i wiped her cheeks which made her duck her head down.
" why??" i said.
" dont look at me like that" her voice cracked.
i just laughed in return " aigoo~ your such a careless girl" i pinched the bridge of her nose and continued.
" what came to your mind if you even have one though.. to come here all alone huh??" i flicked her forehead lightly afraid to hurt the beautiful and fragile girl in my arms.yes she was still hugging me tightly until now.
" its your fault you know " she scoffed then pouted.
aigoo~ dont she know the effect she has on me whenever she does that.
" how was it my fault??"
" the reason i ended up here because i was following a deer" she said almost whispering.
" and?? how was that suppose to make me the one at fault??"
" because you look like the deer. youre the one who deceived me in following so" she pouted again.
" aigoo~kaja~ we better go now. the rain is almost stopping and i bet chanyeol's dead worried right now " i carried her bridal style.
" y-ya! you dont have to carry me!~"
" just sleep okay and dont squirm too much it makes you more heavier than you already are" i said and then she playfuly punched my chest.
" arasso~" she closed her eyes and i put my waterproof jacket around her.
i have to return you now to your prince afterall im just one of the servants who rescued you.
" saranghae jea sshi~" i kissed her on the forehead and started walking back to where the guys are.
