Chapter 13

My apartment wasn't that far away, so we were able to make it there within about five to ten minutes.

We made our way up to my floor and unlocked the door with my key, only to see a waiting and worried Maxi sitting on the couch.

"H-"

Before I could even say anything, I was attacked with hugs and forehead kisses the second I walked in the door with Kuro.

"UGH I COULD STRANGLE YOU!"

"Are you happy I'm safe or not?"

"Of course I am..I'm so sorry for everything! I'll make sure to never leave you like that again.."

I smiled and grabbed Kuro's hand, holding it.

"This guy kept me safe."

"Kuro, I can't thank you enough. Jeez, I was so close to having a heart attack."

"I had my phone on silent. So it's my fault as well. Please just don't worry about it.."

Maxi then quickly noticed how I was holding his hand, and gained a confused expression. 

"Did..-"

"I'm gonna go make pizza so we can have movie night." Kuro interrupted. 

As he walked off, Maxi pulled me to a corner and demanded answers.

"The fuck happened between you two?!"

I gained another wide smile and began explaining all the events that took place that night, from start to finish. 

She was baffled, processing what she had just heard from me.

"So..you're telling me you actually lost your virginity tonight??"

"Yeah..that's the jist of it.."
"That, and that Kuro's sort of..my boyfriend now..?"

"Sort of?!"

"Okay! So he is.."

Maxi's known about our crush on each other for a long time now. But ironically, she swore to both me and Kuro that she wouldn't tell him, and that she wouldn't tell me.

Jumping up and down squealing like a piglet, Maxi pulled me in for another tight hug and showcased her excitement.

"I'm so proud of you!!"

"Why-?"

"Well for one, you didn't lose it too early like most teens do, and you did it with a person you felt was right. I think that's amazing for you."

"Well- thanks..heh."

"But...he literally fucked all the energy out of me. I'm gonna go lay down-.."

Laughing, bouncing up and down out of excitement, and squealing all at the same time, Maxi made her way to the living room of my apartment and turned on the T.V.

Kuro was just about done making the pizza, and joined us on the couch after putting two slices on each of our plates.

Though I was tired, I was still hungry.

We all ate, watched T.V for a little bit, and Maxi and Kuro also talked a bit in private like her and I did. I overheard some of the conversation, figuring it out to be similar to the one we had.
After eating, I fell asleep on the couch next to Kuro.
I laid my head in his lap, drifting off to dreamland, while Maxi slept on the other couch next to us. 

It was about 4:30 A.M.
All the events that took place that night replayed in my head as I drifted off to sleep. It felt as if I had my own personalized movie in my brain that I could look back to at any time..and I adored it with all my heart. It truly was one of the best nights of my life..and I wouldn't trade those memories for the world.

I had Kuro in the way I always wanted. He had me in the way he always wanted.
And might I say, It was the best feeling ever.
