Down down down went the elevator, 14 students were inside and one was a killer. Well if you were being fair two were a killer with the inclusion of Alaba however he wouldn't be the focus for this particular case. Either way the elevator came down and with that the case trial would be on its way

Moneko: welcome my dear students to another class trial. Make sure to take your same places as the last time I'm sure you will get used to them

Everyone took their places and with the exception of the spot between Masa and Hiroshi, originally taken by Nyoko, the place looked the same as the last time

Moneko; now as is the tradition I will go over the class trial rules

Noriaki: do we really need to hear it again?

Jiro: doubt we can stop Moneko doing it

Moneko: During a class trial you will all say your arguments for who you believe the killer is, once I am satisfied you believe you know who the blackened is we will go to the voting phase, if the majority of you vote the correct blackened then they alone will receive punishment if however a majority vote isn't given to the blackened the spotless will be punished and the blackened will escape

Kani: and now we know that the punishment is jail time

Alaba: not the nicest...

Daisuke: imma just point out the elephant in the room, Alaba as the first person who killed 'ere you are the most suspicious!

Kei: oh Daisuke, I know you aren't smart but surely even you should know that's impossible

Moneko: you got it Alaba is now jailed up in his room and the only way he can be freed is if another student uses their Nekopad to free them

Kei: yeah at the time Alaba was in his room indefinitely

Daisuke: I know that! But what if someone let him out?

Masa: but if that happened wouldn't they admit it now?

Alaba: that isn't the case at all!

Daisuke: there's no denying Alaba could've been freed by Nyoko
