Druig and Makkari started to drift farther and farther away. It was like they were never friends. One night Makkari broke the silence ( BTS!). "Why don't we talk anymore?"
"I don't know"
Makkari left him in silence for a bit. They also both got phones so they could call the other Eternals for help if there was an attack, but Makkari has been calling Sersi for advice. "Makkari have you ever thought he likes you?"
She shook her head.
"Well he probably does."
Makkari just started.
"So ask him!"
"You know he will say no right"
Makkari was getting annoyed by Sersi making her be so open to him.
" Sersi do I really have to ask him?"
"Please then we can start not being so open about it."
Makkari rolled her eyes and signed
"Fine"
Immediately Sersi hung up.
And Makkari went back to the dinner table.
"Druig do you like me?"
Druig's eyes widened. Makkari tilted her head. Her new she was getting impatient when she did that.
Druig coughed.
"No- will...maybe"
After they were done with dinner they went to sleep.
