Turning around she starts to run, sprinting from the start. Why did she have to react the way she did, what is wrong with her?
"Ugh, why am I so stupid, now he's going to think that I'm some stupid pathetic girl." she thought to herself.
"Why do I care anyways, he's a nobody after all."
Slowing down as she got back to the house, she was living in she quietly opened the door and walked inside. Grabbing a pair of skintight black jeans, and a loose t shirt, she grabbed a towel and walked into the bathroom. She turned on the water in the shower so it could warm up as she was taking her clothes off. Stripping quickly, she tried to avoid looking at her body in the mirror. It was not for the same reason most other girls would do it for, because they had some belly fat, stretch marks, or cellulite. No, it was not any of those reasons, those things didn't really matter to her, nor did she care much about them. What she saw she hated with passion, there were scars and very faint bruises all along her back, her hips, and her stomach. There were also still some burn marks from cigarettes, turning away with disgust she stepped under the steaming stream of water. She scrubbed her skin until it stung and felt as it was scrubbed raw, but this didn't make her feel any cleaner. Stepping out she dried herself off with a towel then she proceeded to get dressed, she dried her hair with a towel ran a brush through it a few times but decided to let it air dry the rest of the way. She knew she did not have to do anything, it would naturally dry with cute curls all over the place.
Walking into her little sister's room she quietly walked up to her and stood there watching her sleep for a couple seconds. She was a beautiful little girl, but the complete opposite of her. With her soft yellowish blonde almost golden hair which hung in soft curls along her head like a halo, her soft pale skin, her rosy cheeks, big pink pouty lips, and her eyes. The eyes are the only thing they had in common, both having icy blue eyes. Getting out of her daze she softly shook her little sister awake.
"Rosie, wake up, it's time to go to school."
Slowly opening her big blue eyes, she looked lost for a second then a huge smile broke onto her face.
"Yay I get to go to school and make new friends." she squealed quickly getting out of bed and going to brush her teeth.
Shaking her head her older sister proceeded to walk upstairs. Their looks were not the only contrasting things, they had complete opposite personalities. Rosie was bubbly, friends with everyone, super outgoing, and she could talk for hours nonstop, while Alexandra or Alex as she preferred to be called was quiet, reserved, always watching her back, super defensive, and had no friends choosing to avoid people rather than talk to them. When she got upstairs, she saw her tired and exhausted mother walk out of her room,
"I'm so sorry hunny, I was just about to make you guys some breakfast."
Alex quickly answered back, "Don't worry about it, I'll make me and Rosie some food, why don't you go rest some more, you look utterly exhausted."
