After a couple of days I had gotten a couple emails asking for a job at the restaurant that I yet had to pick a name for, I agreed to have an interview with them at a a local coffee shop which is where I'm at right now.
"Y/N?" I hear my name so I look up from my phone and a young male with round classes, softly permed hair and wearing a white shirt with black jeans and jacket is standing in front of me.
I smile at him and stand up. "You're Yohan, right?"
He nods. "Yes, it's nice to meet you." He shakes the hand I put out for him and I motion for him to sit down in front of me.
"I ordered us both a coffee, I hope you don't mind." I sit back in my seat and he shakes his head just as two coffees were placed on the table. "So I'll get right to it." I open my phone and look at his application. "You're 18 and doing cooking in college, you passed your core subjects and you're available three days a week." I summarise it.
"Yes but when I'm on holidays I can work when needed."
I nod. "What do you do in your free time?"
"My dad is actually a chef in Busan and we cook on FaceTime to make different things. Sometimes we follow a recipe or we just experiment and make our own thing."
"That's nice." I smile. "Why do you want the job and why should I pick you?"
"Hmm... you should pick me because I believe I can live up to your expectations and I'm very adaptable, I want the job so I can get some experience in this field of work and someday open my own restaurant and make people happy with my food."
"Okay," I nod. "I'll let you know when the restaurant is set and you can start working straight away."
His eyes lit up. "I got the job?" I nod and he becomes a grinning mess. "Thank you so much Y/N!"
"Call me noona, I'm older than you."
He nods with a blush and I chuckle looking at the time and the next interview was about to start.

I look at different seating areas like simple table and chairs, benches, stools and others when a booth with a hotpot in the middle catches my attention and I immediately check the sizes of them and write them down.
The restaurant was pretty large anyway and could probably fit at least seven of these booths in the main dining room but I wouldn't know for sure without checking.
I grab a tape measure and my keys and phone before getting in my car and going back to the restaurant. I go in and measure the entire space before thinking where the booths could go and how to space them out with each other.
I stand by the door picturing booths placed along the outside along the walls white but smaller tables spaced out in the middle so it gives people plenty of space and room for the workers to deliver their food to them, and there will also be two fridges next to the entrance to the kitchen for people to get their drinks.
There will be some stoves in the kitchen as well as a sink and I'll get some more fridges and freezers for the meat to be stored as well as veggies.
The bathrooms will be finished by the end of the week where they'll be cleaned professionally and add some hygiene products in there for emergencies and add some pretty art works for it to be more comforting.
The stairs to the rooftop will have lights on each row of steps so everyone knows where they're going when it gets towards night time and there will be some more frames of art hung up on the brown walls.
The rooftop will have white fairy lights to decorate the walls and we can hang some to some metal posts in each corner so they light up above peoples heads and people can also tie their dogs to the poles so they can eat peacefully. The seating area up here will be simple bench tables made of metal with umbrellas stuck in the middle along with the hotpots so it stops them from getting sunburn or getting wet from the rain.
