As I landed towards the area where the main villain stood, I shook in fear. Unsure as to what was going to happen, I had to ensure I had to be prepared for whatever move he makes at any moment.
"Who the hell are you?" he asked angrily.
I couldn't respond since I didn't know who he was. I could only just look at him. From what I could tell, his face looked like his hands were covering his dry skin and eyes as red and bright like spilled blood.
"This person is of valuable asset," the fog replied, as he came near.
"Kurogiri," the villain growled. "You finished her off?"
"Yes. She won't be a bother to us anymore."I stood there shocked.
They killed Thirteen?!
This is bad."She has a quirk that allows her to mimic similar quirks depending on whom she inspired by. It would be wise for us to keep hold of her for now, Tomura Shigaraki."
"And what of All Might?"
"It appears he isn't here."Shigaraki, who just heard the news, was getting irritated he began to scratch his own neck constantly. It was getting red by the instant as I laid there calmly. He then stopped and looked right back at me.
"Oh well," he spoke calmly, "I guess you are worth my time after all. Kurogiri, prepare to warp her back to our base."
Before he was able to move forward, Aizawa's scarf grabbed hold of my body as he pulled me out of there.
"Don't even think about it, villain!"
Shigaraki tried to reach for me, but Aizawa's scarf was faster for him to reach up towards me.
"Are you okay?" Aizawa asked reassuringly.
I nodded.
"Go meet with the rest of the students. I'll catch up with you later."
"B-but-"
"Go! Now!!"As far as I could I run, but the portal kept blocking my path.
"She's not leaving." Shigaraki demanded.
"Oh yes she is." Aizawa respond with determination as he ran towards him. Each time he threw a punch, Shigaraki started to count the seconds he's activated. As Kurogiri starts to engulf me in the portal, I used Bakugou's quirk to escape for a second. After flying away, my wrists started to hurt a bit.
"The drawbacks are happening already?" I asked myself as I tried to find a secure place.
However, as I turned around, a giant bird like being looks at me and begins to strike me down: knocking me unconscious.
"Ow..." I replied softly, "that... hurts..."
*** Reader's POV ***
Meanwhile, in a different area, when Bakugou defeated one of Shigaraki's minions, he turned towards the side for a moment.
"What's wrong man?" a student named Kirishima asked.
"It's nothing." Bakugou answered.
"We gotta find our classmates!" Kirishima declared, "who knows what those thugs could be doing to our friends."
"Those idiots can handle themselves."
"But what about Fujimoko? She has a powerful quirk. The villains may see that as a possible asset."
"It's only powerful to you idiots! But I know what that is: pathetic."As he was about to walk away, Kirishima thought about how different Bakugou sounds.
"You know, I always notice you're always being too hard on Fujimoto lately. More than Midoriya.
"The hell do you mean? "
"Normally, you'd say to all of us that were just extras, but with her, you always see Fujimoto as a grudge."
"What are getting at, Shitty hair?"
"I think you have a crush on her."He was taken a step back as he tried to hear what Kirishima just said. Did he just say Bakugou was in love with Fujimoto??
"Ha?!"
"Think about it: you always treat her in the worst way possible when it's in combat and in class, but you seem calm around her when it's completely just the two of you."
"What's that got to do with anything??"
"It's obvious, man. You've got a crush on her!"As he went on and on with this accusation, a villain appeared from behind and tried to strike on Bakugou.
"Just admit it: you like her, just a smidge."
"How many times I have to tell you? The answer is no!"He punched the invisible villain in the face, leaving him knocked out for the count.
"Besides, why would she like someone like me when all I am is a nuisance to her?"
"I don't know man, but it's kinda sweet of you."
"Shut it, shitty hair. Now come on."Meanwhile, as both Bakugou and Kirishima finally made it closer to the center, Bakugou stood there shocked.
"The hell??" He spoke quietly.
"Bakugou, what are you-"Before Kirishima could finish his sentence, he saw a student in their hero costume, held tight by Shigaraki with four of his fingers.
"Is that? Fujimoto?!"
Bakugou's eyes widened in shock.
Why was she there?
Out of all places?!"But if she's there, then where's-"
He got his answer as soon as he looked to the side. The monster which entered with Shigaraki was already beating Aizawa to death. Kirishima was about to strike towards the group, but Bakugou held his arm.
"What are you doing?"
"We're not just going to barge in without knowing what the enemies are planning."
"But Fujimoto-"
"Will only be in the way if we engage. Look, I get you want to help her, but we need to find a way to get her out of his hands without putting us in danger."As they observed the situation carefully, Shigaraki then started to push her down to the ground and began to place his fifth finger on her neck. Kirishima wanted to pounce, but Bakugou held him more. But as his five fingers touched her, nothing happened. The boys noticed him removing his hands away from her and looked towards Aizawa.
"Well," Shigaraki spoke in astonishment, "you really are a cool hero."
The boys then noticed Aizawa staring at him, activating his quirk as the monster pushed him down.
"Now's our chance!" Kirishima declared.
"Not yet!"Just as he said those words, a figure emerged from the waters as he struck towards Shigaraki down. With much force he could push, she was pushed away from the area and towards the boys in question, knocking them down.
"Is she breathing, Bakugou?" Kirishima asked as he held on to my body.
"I can't tell if she is if you keep squeezing her like that."
"Oh, right"As soon as he let go of her, she took a deep breath of air as she regained conscious for a moment.
"You idiot..." Bakugou muttered as she fell back asleep.
