I went up to my bedroom I needed space and time alone I got dressed and put on a wig I snuck out the window dodging the guards and claiming over the gate am athletic *rolls eyes*.I was walking when i got to the lonely road there were some gang looking guys.I got scared I have never been out alone I always had my guards with me. i turned to walk back home but someone blocked my way"Excuse me." I scoffed he tried to hold my hand but I punched him he stood back up oh my god what did i do i was going to die "YOU FUCKING BI-"he was cut off when someone pushed their way between us "the guy tried running but the person picked him up by the neck strangling him with just one hand wtf is that possible. I almost fell from the force of my mystery saviour but they caught me .The guy was tall and strong but whoever this was,was way stronger and taller I opened my eyes and looked up at the person that held me wait i know that jaw line it couldn't be could it ?

I was now standing  out of the arms of my saviour" Toni thank you for saving me. His car literally screamed mafia and toni's personality it's was Clean,expensive,dark and it matches his suit I had to ask him why he only wore black. I stood silently as he walked to the passenger side an opened the door for me, i have had this experience everyday but this was different it was either betty or joise opening my door I have never had a real man do that for me"Has a man never opened a door for you cheryl?"toni asked a smug smile on his face i shook my head no"Well that's about to change forever princess." He tapped his fingers on his lap listening to his oh so boring playlist.It got a bit uncomfortable with no one saying anything I finally decided to ask him"To-" he put two fingers up I sighed "Mr.Topaz why do you only dress in black all your cars are black your cloths are black why?" Toni leaned over kissing me but i didn't kiss back i wanted to it felt so good I wanted more i gave in and leaned in about to kiss him when my phone rang it was clifford"You should answer that. "He leaned back in his seat as I pulled my phone out"Father is something wrong."I asked "Where are you cheryl?" He asked softly something was up "You need to get home were hosting your engagement party tomorrow." I sighed "Am on my way father." I hung up

"Is everything ok cher?" toni asked "Hm yes i have to get home tomorrow is my engagement party." Toni was kinda hurt that cheryl was getting married but he was also going to a gala to meet his wife to be"I hate them tomorrow i will meet the woman i am required to marry to qualify to take over the Topaz legacy. "Toni said in an annoyed tone how could he be so stupid i was right there i was the one he was going to marry how did he not know"Are your brother's and sister married?" We reached my house we said our goodbyes i went straight to my father's office to tell him everything.

"Clifford anthony is choosing the next in line by some stupid abilities the less vulnerable,fearless and most capable of his children their all capable we know that." I yelled sitting down

Anthony was in his office watching the event take place he was grinning from ear to ear
