In order to love someone you must also be willing to give them up
Because when you love someone unconditionally you love them with no limits
Your love has no boundaries
You love them to a point to wear you are OK giving more than you receive
Sometimes you get so lost in it
That you become too scared to give this person up
Even if they aren't good for you
Even if they start to consume you
So I think that with any person that you are willing to love you must be willing to give them up
Just for your own sake it's a way of telling yourself that you love this person but you still respect yourself more and you're still going to put yourself first no matter how much you care for this person.
