Green, the forest was green and beautiful. The trees were high and almost touched the sky if that was possible. The grass I was walking on was green and tickled my naked feet. I raised my hand and touched the bark of a tree feeling a smile stretch on my lips as I felt the life coursing through the plant.
A horse neigh caught my attention and made me turn away from the beautiful tree. A white horse emerged from behind some thick and beautiful trees. The horse walked over to me and bowed its head and let me pat its neck. He raised his head again after a couple of seconds and started walking away in the opposite direction of where he came from.
"Wait" I called wanting to spend more time with the horse. I picked up my dress and followed after the beautiful white horse. The horse picked up its pace when it noticed that I was following it.
We reached a clearing filled with so many flowers that I couldn't see my feet anymore. The horse charged in the opposite direction as fast as he could meaning I couldn't follow him anymore. I huffed sadly and pushed my dress back down and crossed my arms.
"Qamar" Suleiman's voice whispered. My head snapped in the direction his voice came from. There was no one standing around me or in the clearing at all.
"Qamar" his voice spoke again. I picked up the white dress I was wearing and made my way in the direction the voice was coming from.
"Suleiman" I called feeling fear creep over me the more I heard his voice but saw nothing of him.
I stopped at the edge of the clearing and looked back one last time at the colorful flowers and bright green trees. I faced forward again and walked into the dark side of the forest. I shivered as a gust of wind blew by. It felt deadly in this place.
A smaller clearing came into view and something was laying on the floor. I sprinted in its direction only to find Suleiman laying on the ground in his full armor and sword beside him. His helmet was laying a couple of feet away from his body. His eyes were closed and his mouth was open like he was trying to breathe however I noticed that he was not doing so.
"Suleiman" I shook him feeling dread wash over my body. When he didn't answer it felt like I got paralyzed for a second and my muscles stopped working.
"Suleiman!" I screamed picking him up and holding him against my chest. I hugged him close to my body as sobs wracked through me. This was a beautiful forest until it was corrupted by death and pain.
"Wake up my love, I beg you" I whispered in his ear. However, he didn't move a muscle and was paling by the second. I let out a loud sob and rocked us back and forth not wanting to accept his death.
"Mommy" I froze when the sound of my Angel reached my ear. I laid Suleiman back down on the ground and stood up.
"Find us mommy" the small voice of Rana Beyhan whispered in the wind. I picked up my dress and ran, I ran as fast as I can.
"No!" I yelled not wanting to see what will come next but it felt like I didn't have control over my body anymore.
"Mother" the voice of Osman hissed near me. His voice was slowly changing from one of a child to one of a man.
"Osman!" I called but nobody answered me back. I stopped beside a tree and searched. I felt something cold wash over me from behind. I turned around and looked but there was nothing. Something swinging around caught my eye making me look up. My stomach dropped when I saw most of my children hanging from a thick tree branch from their necks.
"No!" I screamed dropping to my knees. Osman's face was as white as a sheet of paper and his eyes were wide open staring into the abyss. Abdullah and Ayse were hanging side by side with fear evident still in their eyes. The wind made Murad, Kaya, and Beyhan swing back and forth which made the ropes let out sounds meaning they were tightening around their necks as the tree branch creaked.
