"You look stressed" Allison jumps, "Yeah, I am." JJ puts her hand on her leg, trying to reassure her, "Thank you, by the way. For the UC position right now." She nods, "It's true, Emily wanted you to take over if anything happened." JJ smiles softly.

JJ gets back up, moving towards Derek, "She'll be okay." He looks towards her, "Didn't we say that last time?" JJ sighs, "It's Emily, she knows what to do, she's smart. Maybe she just wanted a head start, she wouldn't do anything that reckless again. She's not stupid." Derek chuckles, "No, but she's stubborn. If she thinks Declan is in trouble, she'll go to hell and back, or she won't come back."

They arrive at the police station, "Is Unit Chief Emily Prentiss here?" JJ walks with the lead detective, "She stopped by to get some stuff but immediately left, barely said a word." Tara looks over to Allison and Spencer, "It's okay." She mouths. "Is this a good place for you guys?" JJ nods to the man.

"Let's get started." Rossi nods, "We need to figure out where Prentiss is, that's our priority right now. We can't do anything without her, she knows the case better than anyone." Spencer chimes in, "Actually, she's also a victim in this situation, I'm not sure she would be much help since she's so invested. This might also stir up a lot of emotions for her." JJ agrees, "Yes, we obviously need to find Emily, but we need to think outside of her too. Rossi, Allison and Derek, look for Emily. Spencer, Tara and I will look for Declan. Penelope, you're on both." The group agrees and splits up into their assigned teams.

"Thompson, you have the freshest experience right now, we need your opinion since you weren't here last time." Allison frowns, "How am I any help, like you said, I wasn't here last time." Rossi nods, "You haven't worked with Emily for all these years, you can think as solely a profiler, not a friend, not family." Allison smiles, "okay". He leans in Derek's ear, "That worked with Seaver too"

"Lewis! I have something." Tara rushes over towards JJ, waving her hand to Spencer to join them. "Okay so when Emily was undercover, she didn't know Declan was Doyle's son for a while right? I asked Garcia to do some research on his housekeeper and where she is now, Garcia," Penelope points towards her screen, "So, I found out that she has been missing for a few months, Emily had taken Declan out of her custody after Doyle died but apparently they still found her important enough to kidnap."

"Garcia!" She runs over to the group, "Try and see if there is a warehouse with the same code as the last one, they might hold out there, knowing Emily will follow it." Garcia nods, "There isn't, but there is a warehouse with the opposite numbers, it's about 2 miles from here." Allison goes towards JJ, informing her.

"We're going."
