Mary said uh huh continue and she was writing it down. I said so we went to the beach on a Monday or Tuesday and me and Andy my fiance were walking in the sand.

She said ok I said and a cute little girl walked up to us and started talking to us and gave us flower crowns. Mary looked up and Emma was smiling and giggling Ashley started laughing and shook his head.

I said her mom walked over to her and fussed her for talking to strangers. Mary said ok and continued writing I said me and Andy walked along the beach for an hour then started walking back to our friends.

I said as we were walking back the mom was fussing Emma and she hit her and said I wish I had aborted you. Mary said wow thats absolutely insane I said yea I know.

I also told her about what the mom said when she gave me Emma and walked away. I said the mom said all of her family was dead and she also didn't want Emma and just wanted to get rid of her.

Mary said ok and I gave her all of Emma's documents and she started searching in the system for her. Mary said ok so it shows all of her family is dead except her mom and dad.

I said ok and she said her parents were arrested for child abuse and the child is supposed to be in a orphanage right now. I felt my heart race and my breath hitch in my throat I stuttered can't I just adopt her right now.

Mary said CPS would have to take her and put her in foster care but we can certainly figure something out. I said ok and looked at Ashley he said Abby babe we will figure something out relax ok.

I took a deep breath and said ok I trust you Ashley he said good I'm glad. I said we have to tell Andy Ashley said ugh I know but he will completely lose it. I said I know but he does have a right to know about this.

My mom said Ashley I agree with Abby he looked down at Emma and said ok. A little while later we all left and I got the lawyers card after we left we went out for lunch.

While we all sat at the table I said so what if she does get put into foster care and someone adopts her. Ashley sighed and said so be it I said I love her Ashley said yea me too Abby.

I bit my fork and said also what about Jason I looked at Ashley he put his cup down and said we would all continue protecting you guys nothing changes.

I said yea but what will we do if he gets her Ashley laughed and said not gonna happen not over my dead body. Emma looked at Ashley and smiled widely and he kissed her cheek.

I called Andy and he didn't answer so I sighed and put my phone down. I started texting him and no response I said ugh nugget head I put my phone down and started laughing.

After we all finished eating we headed home me and Emma took a bath together then we headed downstairs. My mom and Ashley were hanging out in the living room.

Me and Emma sat down on the couch and hung out with my mom and Ashley I kept trying to call Andy. I got angry because he wouldn't answer so I tossed my phone and snuggled with Emma.

She said momma you ok I said yea your dad is being a nugget head she giggled and said nugget head. I laughed as well and shook my head Ashley said yea a major nugget head.

I said is he answering you Ashley said no and put his phone down and I said ughhhhh tf. Emma got up and walked over to Ashley and sat down Andy appeared in the living room and put my phone up.

I got off the couch and yelled YOU GOD DAMN NUGGET HEAD. Andy started laughing and said what did you just call me. I said WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN WE HAVE ALL BEEN TEXTING AND CALLING YOU.

Andy put his hands up and said I'm sorry I was at work all day and it was super loud. I rolled my eyes and he said what did I miss and he continued laughing.

I yelled STOP FUCKING LAUGHING EMMA HAS TO GO TO A GOD DAMN ORPHANAGE. Andy said huh and instantly stopped laughing he said what do you mean. Emma started crying and said I don't want to go Andy said how do you know.

I said I met with the lawyers today Ashley went with me Andy said good I'm glad. I said her parents are in jail because of child abuse and she doesn't have any other family.

Andy sighed and ran his hands through his hair and started pacing around the room. Andy said we have to do something when is she going to the orphanage.

I said I don't know the lawyer is gonna help us figure something out. Andy yelled WHEN ABBY I yelled back I DONT KNOW ANDY OK. My mom said how about we all just calm down I started to get extremely angry.

I yelled WE OBVIOUSLY HAVE TO PROTECT HER FROM JASON ANDY. Andy stopped pacing and looked at me he said DONT YOU THINK I DONT ALREADY FUCKING KNOW THAT ABBY HUH.

I went quiet and rolled my eyes and said obviously we aren't even married yet. Andy said well we obviously haven't picked a date because your not ready. I said OH WELL MY BAD THAT IM NOT READY FOR COMMINTMENT BECAUSE OF MY PARENTS.

Andy said UGHHH ABBY YOU ARE SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND MAKE YOUR MIND UP DO YOU WANT TO GET MARRIED YES OR NO. I stood silent and looked at Andy his cheat was heaving up and down.

I looked at Emma and she had her lip pouted and said is mommy and dady gonna break up. I looked at Andy and he sighed and ran his hand through his hair.
