69 Tuesday court day

TUESDAY EMMA COURT DAY:

My alarm started going off at 6 am I woke up and groaned fuckkkk and yawned and stretched. Emma also woke up and yawned and stretched I turned off my alarm.

Me and Emma got out of bed and walked out of my room my mom woke up and came out of her room and said ok you guys are up.

I yawned and said yea we are she said ok and went into her room. Me and Emma went into the bathroom and brushed our hair and teeth and also used the restroom then headed downstairs.

Me and my mom made coffee and started drinking it so we could wake up. Andy and the guys were up and also Lilly was. A couple minutes later I put my coffee up and headed upstairs and started getting ready for the day.

My mom and Emma also headed upstairs so they could get ready. After I finished getting ready I sprayed some body spray on and put on my shoes.

A little while later me my mom and Emma walked out of the front door and locked it. My mom said do you have all of Emma's documents I said yes mom and she said ok.

We all got into the car and buckled up and my mom locked the car and turned it on and started driving out of the driveway. I put on some music and let Lilly know we were on our way to go pick her up.

I said mom we are going pick up Lilly she said ok then we are heading to Andy's house. I smiled and said yea and she said ok and continued driving to lillys house.

A little while later we pulled up at Lillys house and I called her and she said ok and hung up. A couple of seconds later Lilly came outside and closed her door and walked over to the car.

My mom unlocked it and Lilly got in and closed her door and buckled up. My mom locked the car and started driving out of the neighborhood. Lilly said Abby you excited I smiled and said I'm extremely nervous.

She said I don't blame you Emma said hi Lilly she smiled and said hello my beautiful Emma and kissed her cheek. Emma started giggling while my mom drove out of the neighborhood.

I said her birthday is December 26th the same as Andy's my mom and Lilly said really. I laughed and said yea they said woah birthday twins Emma said daddy and smiled widely.

I bit my lip and smiled and looked out of the window I said I hope we can adopt her my mom said yea me too. I started getting extremely anxious on the way to Andys house.

My mom said Abby you have no reason to be nervous I said I'm gonna punch her mom for getting rid of her baby girl.

A little while later my mom parked in Andy's driveway and we all got out of the car and closed our doors. My mom locked the car and we all headed inside the house.

My mom held Emma and I started banging on the door and yelled POLICE OPEN UP. Andy yelled FUCK THEY FOUND THE BODY I said the fuck Andy opened the door and said hey babe come in.

We all walked in and Lilly closed the door Amy and Chris walked over and said aww this is Emma. I smiled and said yep Amy said Andy told us so much about her.

Emma smiled and said hi Amy and Chris gave her a hug and kissed her cheek. I said ok we need to start heading out Andy said ok.

I quickly used the restroom and we all headed out thr front door and Andy locked the front door. We all got into our cars and headed to the court house.

My mom drove me Andy Lilly and my mom and also Emma all rode in the car together. A little while later we all finally got to the court house and parked the car.

We all got out of our cars and locked all of them. We all walked into the court house we all had to go through a security check machine. A couple minutes later we all started walking towards the court room.

Andy was holding Emma and he held my hand and said its ok Abby I said I know. Mary walked over to us and gave us a hug and smiled and said hello Emma.

Emma smiled and said hi and giggled a couple minutes later we all walked into the court room. Me Andy Emma and Mary all sat on one side in front of the judge stand.

All of our friends sat in the chairs behind us I put the documents on the table and Mary had all of the things she needed as well.

A couple minutes later the judge came out it was a man and he smiled and said good morning guys.

He sat down and the police officer handed the judge the documents and he said ok. A couple minutes later Emma's parents walked in cuffs and police jumpsuits and sat down.

They also had a lawyer with them and we all sat down a couple minutes later. The judge said WE ARE HERE TODAY TO SEE IF THESE LOVEY PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO ADOPT BABY EMMA.

She smiled and said hi the judge smiled and said hello and she giggled. Andy held her on his lap and smiled the judge said Ms. Morgan are you and Mr. Biersack married.

I said no sir we are engaged he said ok well who would Emma live with. I said me and my mother my mom stood up and said yes Emma will live with me and Abby.

The judge said ok and my mom came and sat by me and Andy. The judge said so Mr. And Mrs. Miller do you wish to fight for your daughter Emma Miller.

They said no we do not wish to fight for our daughter. The judge said ok and said Ms. Morgan will you come on the witness stand and tell the jury how you got Ms. Emma.
