I said yes sir and got up and gave Emma a kiss on her forehead and walked over to the witness stand. I stood up and raised my right hand and swore not to lie under oath.

The judge said ok Ms. Morgan you may now sit down and I did. The judge said Ms. Morgan you may now explain how you got baby Emma in your possession.

I smiled and said ok I smiled and said yes gladly I said so me and my friends all went onto a trip to Cabo. And on a Saturday I believe we all went to the beach and hung out as a family.

The judge said ok continue I said a little while later me and Andy my fiance got up so we could go walk along the beach. I said as we were walking we saw a little girl and she walked up to us.

Me and Andy knelt down and she told us her name was Emma and we talked for a couple minutes. She gave me and Andy a flower crown and we put it on and smiled and stood up.

Her mom came and grabbed her and picked her up and told her not to talk to strangers and apologized. I said it was fine and smiled she walked away and went over to her husband and sat down.

I said after that happened me and Andy continued walking along the beach together then we decided to turn around and walk back over to our friends.

I said as we got closer to our friends Andy walked ahead of me and I stopped when I heard Emma crying.
Her mom was yelling at her and hitting her. I yelled HEY STOP HITTING HER the mom looked up at me.

I said that her mom told me fine take her I don't want her anymore. I said ok well do you have any family you can give her to she laughed and said no all dead.

Emma was crying and I felt like my heart was being shredded. Her mom said everything she needs is in her bag including birth certificate, passports, and adoption papers.

She handed me Emma and I put her on my hip and she said good luck I'm done with her ass.

I said um ok thank you she said me and my husband didn't want her anymore so we decided to come on a trip and get rid of her.

I shook my head and she turned around and yelled WE FINALLY GOT RID OF THAT FUCKING THING. I bit my lip and shook my hand and looked at Emma. 

The judge shook his head and looked at Ms. Miller and said why did you give your baby to a random stranger.

Ms. Miller started laughing and said well we weren't planning on having kids and she popped up and I wanted to abort her but didn't.

I bit my lip and shook my head and felt my eyes watering the judge said ok Ms. Morgan we would like to speak with Ms. Miller I said ok.

I got up and walked back over to Ms. Mary and sat down Emma's mom got escorted by police to the witness stand. She smiled and raised her right hand and swore under Oath and sat down.

Emma said momma and I looked at her and kissed her hand and grabbed her hand and said shh ok. Emma smiled and said ok and looked up at Andy and smiled.

Andy loked at Emma and kissed her nose and she started giggling. Ms. Miller said me and Emma's dad abused her since she was a baby we would always slap her and spit on her.

I felt my breath hitch in my throat she I also put her in the trash can and tried to poison her but she wouldn't die. The judge said ok Ms. Miller that is enough and she just started laughing and shook her head.

I looked at Emma and she smiled and blew kisses at me and smiled andy growled lowly. I said stop and he shook his head the judge said ok Ms. Morgan and Mr. Biersack you get full custody of Emma.

I started smiling and he brought over the adoption papers I signed them first then Andy did after. A couple minutes later the judge stamped the paper and said baby is now in your custody and slammed down the gravel.

Emma started clapping and cheering I gave our lawyer a hug and said thank you so much. She smiled and said Emma needs you guys I smiled and said yea we do as well.

Emma's parents got taken away and we got Emma's documents back and we all took a picture with her. A couple minutes I walked over to the judge and said is there any way me and Andy can get eloped and resign the papers.

The judge said how about you guys get married first then come back and we will have you guys resign them. I smiled and said thank you so much he said no Emma needs you guys.

I smiled and said I can't believe someone could do that to their baby he shook his head and said I know now have a good day.

I smiled and said you too and turned around and we all started walking out of the court room. We went back through the security check and walked out of the court house smiling widely.

My mom said it's Emma's day she said yeay and started clapping and cheering and we all smiled. I gave Andy a hug and kissed his cheek he said I love you Abby.

I said I love you more and kissed Emma's kissed her cheek and gave her a hug. A couple minutes later we all got in our cars and buckled up and drove out of the parking lot.

My mom said we are going eat first I said ok and let everyone else know. A little while later my mom parked the car and we all got out and closed our doors and my mom locked it.
