Jungkook looked at Lisa's confident expression, but he was not as relaxed as she was. Minyhuk had a very strange temper.

He would not care about anything that he did not like. If he had his eyes on a prey, he would never give up!

Lisa did not know what Jungkook was thinking. She only wanted to contact Minyhuk as soon as possible.

She took out the phone and asked Jisoo, "Do you have Minyhuk's phone number?"

Jisoo immediately took out her phone. "Yes!"

Just as Lisa was about to call Minyhuk's phone number, Jungkook reached out his hand and grabbed the phone.

Lisa looked at Jungkook in confusion. "What's wrong?"

Jungkook frowned and seemed a little unhappy. Lisa did not know what Jungkook was angry about, so she could only look at him blankly.

Jungkook stared at Lisa, and after a moment, he let go. "Nothing. I just checked if there's still battery!"

"Oh," Lisa mumbled, and continued to make the call.

Jungkook stared at the first number on the contact list, feeling very upset.

Minyhuk was sitting in his room, staring blankly at the stack of books in front of him. Ever since his father took him home by force, he had been grounded.

He had tried to escape through the window, and he had also tried to seek help from the outside world. But his father, Father Lee, was a serious and meticulous person.

Not to mention the help from the outsiders, even if Minyhuk climbed out of the window and fell to his death, his body would still be brought back to the room and be grounded before his father gave his order!

Minyhuk sat at the table looking at the books on the table, "Are you okay?"

Suddenly, Minyhuk's cell phone rang. It was an unknown number. He hesitated for a moment, but he still picked it up.

To Minyhuk, unfamiliar calls were always harassing calls. He would only pick up calls from the phone numbers that he had saved.

However, he seemed to have picked up this call out of the blue. In the end, it was actually Lisa calling!

"Lisa? How come it's you?" Minyhuk's voice sounded a little excited.

Lisa heard the inexplicable excitement on the other side of the phone and was a little surprised. "Uh, are you okay? I heard that you were locked up?"

Hearing Lisa's concern, the corners of Minyhuk's mouth unconsciously curled up. "I'm fine! I'm pretty good!"

"Minyhuk, is it convenient for you to come over to the hospital? I have something to talk to you," Lisa asked tentatively.

Minyhuk frowned. "What's the matter?"

Lisa hesitated for a moment and said, "About our engagement."

Minyhuk's expression turned slightly cold. "What do you want to talk about?"

"You... can you come over and we talk in person?" Lisa asked again.

Minyhuk thought for a moment and said, "Okay! Wait for me!"

Minyhuk hung up the phone and walked to his father's study. He took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

Father Lee's voice sounded in the study. "Come in!"

Minyhuk pushed the door open and walked in. "Dad! I want to go to the hospital to see Lisa!"

"You're grounded!" Father Lee stared at the document in his hand and said without raising his head.

"She said she wants to talk to me about the engagement," Minyhuk said again.

Father Lee slowly raised his head and looked at Minyhuk. "Okay! Then talk it out once and for all! I don't want any more dilly-dallying!"

Minyhuk nodded. "No! I'll settle it this time!"

Father Lee finally nodded in satisfaction. "I believe you can settle your own matters!"

"Give me an answer when you come back today." Father Lee spoke again before Minyhuk turned and left.

Minyhuk stopped in his tracks. "Alright!"

Minyhuk came to the hospital and saw Jisoo and Lisa chatting.

He looked at Lisa and noticed that she seemed to be in good condition. She looked completely different from when she was sent to the hospital.

Lisa saw Minyhuk. "You're here."

Minyhuk nodded.

Jisoo stood up and was about to leave when Lisa reached out and held her back. "You don't have to go out. It's a quick one."

Minyhuk's expression became a little strange. He walked over to Lisa's bed and sat down on the sofa on the other side. "What do you want to talk about?"

"I want to break off the engagement," Lisa said firmly.

Minyhuk replied without hesitation, "Impossible!"

Lisa frowned and stared at Minyhuk. "Why are you so persistent? You don't like me! Why are we torturing each other this way?"

"Why are you..." Minyhuk stopped halfway and did not continue.

After a moment, he said, "Don't worry about what I want to do! It's impossible to break off the engagement!"

Lisa was furious, but she didn't know how to reason with him.

Finally, she took out her trump card. "I know where Min-ho is."

Minyhuk's expression instantly changed. He stared at Lisa. "How do you know?"
