Tenko was considerably proud of himself. It's been two days since the sports festival at UA, and his third place victory has very much gone to his head. Who can really blame him, people hardly ever paid attention to him before and now 35 hero agencies want him to come do an internship. Not to mention his classmates actually try to have conversations with him now. They don't talk for long, but it's better than before. For the first time since he's gotten into UA he's being treated like a hero student.
And now with the internships starting, he's got another chance at being great. He steps off the train and walks to the doors of the Purple Revolution Agency. His Purple Highness seemed like the perfect fit for this internship, not to mention one of his workers is the new hero Midnight. She graduated from UA last year and has been making headlines ever since. So what better way to get more popularity than ride her wave of weird fans and simps!
Aizawa Shouta on the other hand, only does his third year work study with the Purple Revolution because it keeps him out of the spotlight. So he was pretty pissed off when his friend Nemuri started bringing attention to the agency. Then again, Midnight isn't an underground hero so it doesn't affect her negatively in any way.
"Aizawa?" Tenko notices the angsty teenager walking to the front of the building.
"Yagi. What a surprise." Shouta speaks dully but in truth he's glad to see the kid is doing well. Considering the last time they spoke was when Tenko was getting the shit beat out of him in an alleyway.
"I didn't know third years did internships!" Tenko smiles.
"We don't. I'm here for a work study, they're reserved for upperclassmen. It's like an internship but you actually do stuff." Shouta shrugs.
"Oh, neat." Tenko nods.
"I'm shocked you didn't pick a bigger agency. I'm sure all sorts of heroes were seeking you out." Shouta hums as they enter an elevator.
"Yeah, I don't think people really liked my quirk. I still got plenty of offers though! This was my biggest one..." Tenko sighs.
"It's a good agency, you'll like it." Shouta says.
"I hope I do!" Tenko steps out of the elevator, side by side with Shouta.
"AHH! Sho! Oh my god! Finally. You don't know how boring it is around here when I don't have someone to bother." Nemuri laughs as she runs up to the two boys.
"Hm? Who is this?" She inspects Tenko.
"This is Yagi Tenko, he's a first year doing his internship here." Shouta groans as Nemuri rests her elbow on his shoulder.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, ma'am." Tenko blushes, caught off guard by the 18+ hero's costume.
"Yeah, you're the kid who got third during the sports festival! Strong and cute, I think I like you." Nemuri bites her lip.
"What?" Tenko whispers, his entire face blushing beyond reason.
"Nemuri, you're scaring him." Shouta huffs.
"I'm just messing around. But, since you're an intern, you ought to do a patrol with me!" Nemuri grabs Tenko's arm.
"Mhm." Tenko nods, still embarrassed to a point of no return.
"Great! You should come to, Eraserhead." Nemuri winks.
"I'm coming but just to make sure that you don't get him hurt. Last thing we need is His Purple Highness throwing a fit that we lost his intern because you're too immature." Shouta rolls his eyes and holds onto his binging scarf.
"Hey! I'm the oldest, I know what I'm doing. I'm the only one here who's actually a hero." Nemuri grumbles.
"Then let's hurry up and patrol." Shouta growls.
