It's been a while since I heard those words. I don't exactly know how long. The days started blurring together.
There was nothing to do in the daytime so Yui and I would frequently came up with a random activity to keep us preoccupied, avoiding the brothers as much as possible in the process.
Today we decided to pick some roses to decorate our rooms with.
I looked up from the bouquet I made and smirked at her focused face.
" pst!"she pulled back from the bush to look at me. Her face was even paler thanks to the sunscreen I forced her to wear.
"This rose..." I started, clasping the crispy brown bud in my hand " Does it look dead to you?" And threw it on the side of her face. Giggling, she smacked it off and if it weren't for her finger scraping a thorn in the bush she was sitting so close to, she would be looking for an appropriate flower to get back at me with. It was bleeding slightly.
"You might want to go wash it off..." I nodded towards her scratch
" theres a bathroom on this floor, want me to come with you?" She shook her head, got up and flashed me a smile " I'll be fine" and with that she disappeared into the mansion. Watching her get up made me realise how sore my knees had become. I got up too and wiped the dirt off them, tied a red ribbon around my roses and- felt someones breath behind me. They really need to stop doing that. I sighed and turned around,
