Your eyes open slowly, your vision blurred. You reach your hand up to your face, you couldn't. Your eyes instantly adjust, in confusion. You had your helmet on. Where am I? You panic, pushing yourself up. He was carrying you back to the temple. You kick out, kicking his chest in protest and slamming your fists in anger. He readjusts you, completely unbothered.
You sigh. Kicking once more before letting yourself drop down. You stare around at the ground and his back, lost at what was happening now. Everyone was dead, but David. So where was David? He probably took an escape pod. Great, even more alone. You let out a deep breath.
"Do you-"huffing, you push yourself up and holding his shoulders for balance.
"Do you understand English?" You ask, pronouncing each word as much as possible. He stops in his tracks towards the temple and lifts you up off his shoulder to in front of him. You look at him, his dark black eyes stare back at you.
"That's a no then" you sigh. You would cry, but right now you wanted to figure out how to communicate with him.
He looks you up and down, feeling a little self conscious you look down at yourself. Your feet were dangling a good few feet from the ground. Now you were eye to eye with him you realise how truly huge he is, inhuman. God like.
