Y/n's Pov

I just got home from a long day of work. Being a registered nurse isn't easy and those shifts are brutal.

I shut the door behind me and take my shoes off. I set my bag down on the stairs and walk into the kitchen to see my boyfriend of six years, Harry, cooking dinner.

"Hey babe," I say hugging him from behind, laying my head on his back.

"Hey love," he replies, "how was work?"

"Brutal as always," I reply, "how was the studio?"

"It was good, got a song finished today," he says smiling.

He turns around and wraps his arms around my shoulders. He leans down and kisses my lips, "missed you today."

"I missed you too," I reply, "I think I need a break from work."

"I think you deserve one. You always work yourself too much," he replies.

"I can't help it," I say.

"I know you can't but we'll be fine if you don't work as much," he explains.

A sigh leaves my lips as I close my eyes with my head resting on his chest, "I know."

"So give yourself a well needed break," he starts, "how about this, we go on a vacation to the Bahamas. We've been talking about it recently so why not just go for a week or two."

"That sounds nice," I say, looking up at him.

I pucker my lips and he leans down and kisses me. He rubs circles on my back and I hug myself to him and don't let go for about a minute, "I love you H."

"I love you too babes."
