AMELIA AYALA is a normal girl. Yeah, her older brother is the original white tiger, but she's normal.
Amelia always grew up idolizing her brother, hector Ayala. She always wanted to follow into his foot steps, and of course he wasn't born with powers. His white tiger suit had a glowing green amulet on a chain. That's what made him white tiger.
And she thought that was awesome!
After tragedy struck in the Ayala family, hector needed to take a break from being a super hero. At the time their parents died, Amelia was only 10 years old.
Now amelia is 15 years old, homeschooled, living with her aunt lucia. It's just her and amelia, hector hasn't came back sense the day their parents died. They both don't know where he went, but praying that one day he comes back. ___________________________________ Amelia had just woke up from the sound of her aunt yelling her name. The soft silk sheets on her bed. How could she not go out of bed? Amelia slowly sat up, stretching with a groan. She got on her feet and swung open her bedroom door, and quickly ran to the living room where her aunt sat on the couch. She had a shocked look on her face staring blankly at the TV right in front of her.
Amelia was standing behind her aunt. Sharing the same expression.
On the TV, there was a person in a red and blue onsie, swinging around the city. It looked like the video was going to go viral sooner or later.
"who is that" Amelia asked.
"some..." Lucia paused. "super hero?"
Amelia couldn't believe it. "What? No way! There's no way a 'super hero' can just be swinging around."
"mija, what if it is a super hero, and their actually saving lives? Not just swinging around."
amelia took a breath. " tia, that's not what i meant"
"eh, seems like it."
Amelia couldn't do anything else but smile awkwardly and head to the kitchen. All this new information about a new superhero is hard for her.
Not because she's jealous or anything, but because it just reminds her of her brother. Hector ayala was one of the most smartest, important, and bravest superhero of all time.
well, that's how amelia thinks about him.
She just needed one last time to hang out with him. They were just like regular siblings, but 10 times better.
All she can wonder now, is if he's safe. Or if he's even alive? All she does is worry, worry, worry.
"so, you're tutor called me." Lucia says, while walking towards the kitchen.
