Anya's POV

Platon drove all of us to the festival. Today was going to be so much fun. Me and my friend Nadja sat in the back well Platon and Elias sat in the front. "Guys I can't believe you guys actually got tickets" said Nadja. "I know right" said Elias. I could tell Platon still didn't want to come.

The only reason he showed up was for his girlfriend Nadja. My cousin is dating my best friend and I was lucky enough to invite her first. Platon had to invite Elias who is a total jerk. They have been friends for awhile so I couldn't say anything. "Who thought shawty wanted to come" said Elias.

"Stop calling me that" I said annoyed. I hit the back of his seat with my foot. "Hey chill" said Elias. I rolled my eyes already feeling annoyed. I crossed my arms well I sat in my seat. Nadja elbowed me and started to make eye motions between the both of us. I shook my head now since I knew what she was saying. "No" I said to her.

She rolled her eyes and started to laugh in the seat beside me. "Hey Anya do you have the tickets" asked Platon as he was driving us. "Yeah but it would be sad if someone lost their ticket" I said as I glared at Elias. "Oh Anya stop it" said Nadja. "Hey no joking Anastasia" said Elias. "Don't call me that" I said.

"Oh right, shawty" said Elias as he was messing with me. "Oh I swear" I said already feeling annoyed with him. "Calm down we aren't even there yet" said Platon. "Ugh" I said as I sat closer in my seat to face the window. I watched as the leaves we're falling slowly. It honestly was so pretty.

I loved autumn and all the colors it had to offer. "When are we going to get there" asked Elias. "When we get there" said Platon knowing he doesn't want to hear are we there yet over and over again. I turned to look at them since they were distracting me from the beautiful scenery. "Come on let's put on some music" said Nadja as she turned on the radio.

"Hey" said Elias as she tried to reach from the back seat from beside me. "What" she said confused as she kept going through the radio stations. "Tell your girlfriend to watch out" said Elias. "Whatever man" said Platon as he kept driving. "Oh play this one" I said hearing our favorite song.

"Really this song" said Elias. "Come on you couldn't pick anything better" said Platon. "You guys have bad music taste" said Nadja as she joined me in the back to sing with me. It was Demons by Haley Kiyoko. Me and Nadja started to sing along.

"You guys are so weird" said Elias. "We are getting into the Halloween spirit" I said as we kept singing. Nadja moved closer to the front of her seat and kissed Platon on his cheek. He smiled as he continued to drive. "Gross" said Elias. "Why are you here again" I said to him.

"I am a great and loyal friend" he said as he looked back at me. "I glared at him since he had a smug look on his face. "Yeah right" I said knowing that it couldn't be true. Nadja leaned into my ear and whispered "just ask him out already." I shook my head since he was too much of an idiot.

"He is a jerk" I whispered back to her. "What are you two whispering about" asked Platon as he looked in the review mirror. "Nothing" I said as I crossed my arms again. "Just girl stuff" said Nadja as she put her arms around Platon's chair. He leaned his head back on her arms. "You guys are so cute" said Elias.

I scuffed at his ridiculous attempt to make himself be important. "See I am a loyal friend" said Elias as he looked back at me. He used his smug voice to play some sort of act. "I hate you" I said as I looked at him. I turned my head towards the window as our favorite song still played on the radio.

Elias turned around as he looked at the road ahead of him. I was looking at the orange and red leaves as they kept falling from the tall trees. "Hey look you guys. We are getting closer to the festival" said Nadja happily. We passed the welcome sign that was leading us to the spooky festival.

"I can't believe it took us this long to get here" said Elias. "It is in the middle of the forest" I answered in a duh tone. "More like middle of nowhere" said Platon as he turned into a gigantic parking lot. "At least we made it" said Nadja. "Yeah now hurry up and park" said Elias. "Okay I will" said Platon.

Platon drove all the way up to the front since the parking lot was empty. "Yes front row parking" said Elias happily. I sighed in annoyance. How could he be so stupid. "Come on" said Nadja who was jumping out of her seat excitedly. I looked at the outside of the festival and it looked really cool.

Once Platon finally parked we unbuckled our seatbelts. We opened the doors and got out. We closed them and all looked at the festival. "This is so cool" said Elias. "Why did I have to come" said Platon quietly. "It won't be too bad" said Nadja. "Come on let's go sign in" I said as we began to walk towards the front gate of the festival of fears.
