Chapter Three (Date)

Quackity blinked blankly as he finally gained consciousness after sleeping soundly the previous night.

Quackity rolled out of bed, getting out of Sapnap's cuddles.

After getting out of bed, he walked to the kitchen to grab himself a cup of coffee.
While being distracted and oblivious to his surroundings, he did not realize that Sapnap was awake while he stirred his coffee.

Quackity only knew when he felt a pair of arms wrap around him.

"Morning, Quackity..." Sapnap said groggily, placing his head on the shorter's shoulder.

"Morning...do you want coffee?" Quackity asks.

Sapnap nods his head in agreement and lets go of Quackity to sit and wait.

After their morning cup of coffee, Both Sapnap and Quackity got ready to carry out their day.

Over the next 10 days, the two males didn't really do anything. They mainly stayed home to watch movies, shows, spend time etc.

During that 10-day span, Quackity started developing love for Sapnap once more, the love that was long lost.

Quackity started seeing that Sapnap was a ray of sunshine and was even lucky to be with him. He started showing more and more affection, which Sapnap positively reported to Wilbur as the days went past.

After those 10 days, Quackity decides to take Sapnap out.

"Sap, get ready," Quackity said out of the blue.

"Where will we be going?" Sapnap asks, quickly turning of the television.

"Hmm..Somewhere nice..." Quackity states mysteriously, getting Sapnap intrigued.

After getting ready, Sapnap then comes out of the room and then asked Quackity repeatedly about the place they were about to go to.

They hopped into a taxi and the driver drove to the destination.

Despite not being able to resist answering Sapnap's questions, Quackity shook his head and always said,

"You'll see,"

After a while, Sapnap stopped asking questions, most probably getting tired of asking and getting the same exact replies.

He whipped out his phone and scrolled through Twitter while waiting to arrive.

After a while, the car came to a halt.

"We're here," The driver said.

"Ah, here-" Sapnap tried to hand the driver some money but the driver declined.

"Its already pre-paid, theres no need. Enjoy!" The driver said, winking his eye at him.

Sapnap gave a confused look before Quackity let out his hand to help him out.

"What does he mean by 'Enjoy'-" Sapnap stopped talking when he saw the place they were at. And when i tell you that Sapnap's jaw almost hit the floor, It almost did.

They were at a Five Star review restaurant, the restaurant that Sapnap had ever so wished to go to. Just then, the door opened and the waitress came out upon seeing the two males.

"Hello, table for how many?" She says.

"I actually booked a table here, under the name 'Quackity'." The other said.

"Ah, yes! Quackity and Sapnap, you may enter. I will show you to your table," The waitress says calmly after checking the list of people who had booked specific dates, swiftly opening the door and entering the fancy restaurant.

"After you," Quackity says, Sapnap still going ballistic.

Upon entering, the cooling air-conditioning greeted them as the aroma of mouth watering food filled the air.

Both males walked to their designated tables, the waitress then giving them the menu.

After doing so, she left to go attend to others.

"What the hell Quackity, This is amazing!" Sapnap comments, looking at the food on the menu.

"Oh, Its nothing. Anything for my Sapnap," Quackity says lovingly.

When the waitress comes to take their orders, they fill out their orders and were alone once more.

"Quackity," Sapnap calls, disturbing the silence that fell between the two.

"Yes?" Quackity answers.

"Are you...doing all this just because of the deal and the fact that i would report to Wilbur every day?" Sapnap says after hesitating for a moment, fiddling with his fingers.

Quackity was silent for a moment.
Though want he said was partially true, the reason he's taking him out to dates and spending with him was not only that.

Quackity chuckled before continuing,

"Of course not, Sapnap. Im doing all this because I finally figured out that I love you and that you're my ray of sunshine, not just Karl.
My love for you just was hidden deep inside and all i needed to dig it back out was time with you,"

Sapnap was shocked at his answer. He expected him to change the subject or agree with him but was gifted with such a heartfelt message.

Right after Quackity's little speech, The waitress came with their food.
After eating the food, they got dessert before leaving the place.

At home, they got ready for bed one by one.
While Quackity was in the shower, Sapnap got on a phone call with both Wilbur and Karl once again.

"Really? He brought you to the famous restaurant you were babbling about? You're so lucky!" Karl says excitedly, giggling after he spoke.

"He's really into you man," Wilbur said.

"Yup! Oh, Quackity's out. Talk to you soon!" Sapnap says, putting down the phone.

As usual, they got under the sheets, cuddled up close and drifted off to sleep.
