Alison's P.O.V.

I hear a knock on my hospital door.
"Come in," I call out. There's silence but then the nurse comes in. She gives another warm simile.

"Hello Alison someone is here to see you,"she says. I nod, she leaves and to my surprise Hunter walks in with a red rose.

"What are you doing here?" I question.
He pulls out a chair and sits down besides my bed.

"Well I came to see you, of course," he smirks and hands me the rose. "So I heard what happened..." He says softly. He looks at my body up and down then look at my eyes.

"Oh umm... you...y-you did?" I say awkwardly. He nods.

We star at each other for the longest time. He suddenly breaks the silence.
"Hey someone saved you also."

I nod. " yeah only if I knew who it was I'd thank them," I say, looking down at the rose.

"Why were you out so late at night,"he asks. He eyes full curiosity and..anger. It took me a moment to reply.

"I was stressed out and...um I decided to go out for a run," I say softly.

"Well I'm glad your okay," he said with a smile the warms my heart. I blush slightly. He notices and smirks.

"Your so cute..." he whispers quietly. I don't quite hear him though.

"What did you say?" I ask.

"Um don't worry about it..." he says quietly. I nod.

"Well I better be going," he sands up and puts his chair back. he comes up by me and leans down to whisper in my ear.

" Be more careful next time...Alison," he whispers. I can feel him smirking. I freeze.

He turns around to leave but I quickly
grab his hand.

"Yes?" He turns back around with a smirk.

"Thank you um for the rose Hunter," I say barely above a whisper. Does he not notice the affect he has on me? I hate it, every time I'm around him I feel nervous and shy. I get this feeling in the pit of stomach that I can't tell what it is.

"Your welcome" he says. He walks away and closes the door behind him. A blush spreads across my face.
' Was it Hunter who saved me?'
