The two men known by their country names, Germany and Italy, walked into the large meeting room, other countries in their seats or talking.
"Ve~ Doitsu! Can we get ice cream after the meeting?" Feliciano asked, holding onto Ludwig's arm.
"We can decide after." The blonde replied with a small sigh.
"Now let's go sit down." Ludwig said, pulling Italy to his seat.
The auburn haired male sighed dramatically and set his head on the desk. Personally, he hadn't been looking forward to this meeting. All of the other nations had seemed on edge lately. Italy was sure that there would be more fighting than normal, which made him nervous. He hated fighting. Other nations had filed in and taken their seats. Italy noticed the anger and tension on everyone's faces. He just hoped it would be over soon.
"Alright, let's get started. You know the drill, so who wants to talk first." Germany said, standing at the head of the table.
"Why are you always in charge?" Said a nasty and hateful voice. Everyone looked over at America, anger evident on his face.
"Because no one else here knows how to run a meeting." The German replied, angry tone in his voice.
"I sure as hell know how to run a meeting. Why do you think you're so important? Huh? I should be in charge. You think you're so great." Alfred went on, Germany obviously controlling his anger.
"Shut up, Alfred. No one wants to hear the words of a git like you." England growled at America.
"You're just jealous. You're all jealous. You all know I'm better than you. I'm stronger than everyone in this room." America practically shouted.
"Do not be ridiculous, America." Japan said, looking at the almost furious blonde.
"Japan is right. Everyone knows I am the best, da?" Russia chimed in with his normal unsettling smile.
Soon all the other nations started adding themselves in and arguing. The tensions rose higher and higher and soon everyone was standing up, shouting at others. Italy managed to stay out of it and creep away to a corner. Soon enough, everyone was at the end of a weapon, someone else at the end of theirs. There was an intense silence that hung in the room, everyone standing ready to kill. Italy was in the corner shaking and trembling, a white flag clutched against his chest.
"Alright, it seems we've come to a decision." Germany's deep voice broke the silence.
"Oui, so it seems." France said, glancing around the room.
"All previous alliances have been dropped." England said, his voice hard.
Everyone slowly lowed their weapons and started to leave the room. England left the room, hands shaking lightly. He watched as Germany walked over to Italy.
"Ciao, Ludwig." Italy said, hoping they could still be friends.
"Hallo, Italy." Germany started, not using his human name like normal.
This worried Italy slightly. He could tell something was wrong, other than what had just taken place.
"So as you've heard, all alliances have been dropped." Germany said.
"Well, yeah, but we could still make another alliance." Italy said, slightly worried.
"Nien." Germany's face looked more serious than usual, his eyes even darkened.
"But-" Italy began but was cut off.
"I have no use for someone as useless as yourself. While everyone else was prepared to strike the enemy, you hid in a corner with this." Germany said with an angry tone, grabbing Italy's white flag and throwing it on the ground.
"Ludwig-" the shorter male started again.
"Refer to me as Germany. And I'm not taking my decision back. You are worthless, and I don't need that kind of ally. You've always been useless. You're a waste of a country. You'll just drag me down, and I'm done dealing with you. Goodbye." Germany said and walked away.
"B-but Lud.. I thought you l-loved me.." The shorter male said, tears welling up in his eyes.
"Nein." Was all the larger german man said before walking out of the room, along with everyone else who'd attended the meeting.
After the last person left, Italy sunk into the corner and pulled his legs to his chest. He put his head down and lightly gripped onto his hair with both hands. He started crying, and then eventually sobbing. No one knew, but his only true fear was being alone. He hated being alone, hence why he always slept with someone else. Now, he was completely alone, no allies, no friends, just alone. The worst part was what the german had told him. The words echoed through his head as tears streamed down his face.Hey guys!
