Anna's POV
So today's the day of Zach's party and even though it was inside, the forest and fields outside of the house made me worry. The only reason I was going to this stupid party is because Calum was going to be there. I've had a huge crush on Calum since 7th grade but I wasn't going to admit it because I'm a sensitive person and I'm scared he won't like me back and then like make fun of me or something. I know he's wouldn't do that though, he isn't that type of person but I was still scared.
I heard my phone going off which brought me out of my thoughts. It was Em calling. I answered bringing the phone up to my ear. "Hey Em what's up?" I said as I checked the pink clock hanging above the bathroom door. The party starts at 6 and it was a little after 3. "Nothin much but is there any chance me and the girls could come over early to get ready together?" Em asked. "Yeah defiantly. Come over around 4 cause I've gotta take a quick shower." "Great! I'll text Lex and Kt." "Okay great!" I ended the call and grabbed a towel. I put my phone on the charger and turned on the shower.
Before I knew it I heard a knock at the door. "Come in!" I yelled from my room. "Anna! We have a huge problem!" Lexi bursted out as soon as she stepped into the apartment. "Outfit crisis?" I asked "Yes! How'd you know?" She always has outfit problems so I planned for it. "I just did but I have a supper cute blue floral skirt that would go great with this white crop top." I suggested. I walked out of my room to hand her the cloths. Right after she closed my bedroom door to change I heard another knock at the door. I opened it to reveal Katie wearing a supper cute white lace dress that went great with her curled blond hair, and Emily wearing a mint blue skirt with a tight black crop top which made her look perfect.
It was about 5:30 when we all finished getting ready and we all looked pretty good I have to admit. "Michaels here!" Lexi yelled from her spot on the couch next to me. "We're all right here no need to yell Lex." I said kinda annoyed because she just screamed in my ear.
We made our way out to where Michael was waiting for us. His car fit 5 people, just enough for all of us, but when Katie opened the door we saw 3 smiling faces staring back at us. Great. Calum, Luke and Ashton were all crammed in the back seats. Well this is great. "How are we all gonna fit!? Why didn't you tell us you where also bringing all of them?!" Katie blurted out. "Sorry girls but they needed a ride and I couldn't just leave them hangin." Michael shrugged. Ashton smirked as Katie sighed and climbed into the car and sat on his lap. Emily was going to try to squeeze in between Luke and Calum but Luke grabbed her waist and pulled her onto him. "Well okay." Em laughed while Luke smirked. "I guess that leaves you and me A." Calum chuckled. I smiled and rolled my eyes as I sat on him. He wrapped him arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him which made the butterflies in my stomach go crazy.
Lexi was lucky because she got to take the front passenger seat. She didn't have to uncomfortably sit on top of someone. The rest of the ride there no one really said anything besides Michael who was singing to the songs that blasted through his car speakers. It was a little awkward and the ride was kinda long so that didn't help. As we arrived, I stepped out of the car. "Nope, nope this isn't happening i'm going home. Fuck this." I immediately said as I look around at the field and forest that practically surrounded the house.
