Luke's POV
"Calum why are you kissing the ground." Anna giggled. I turned to see Cal actually kissing the ground. "Oh my god your disgusting." I laughed. I turned to give Emily a huge hug but something caught my eye. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her along with me to observe. "Luke where are we going?" She questioned. "I just thought I saw something in the grass over here hold on." I answered not even averting my gaze from the object. It was small and dark but reflected the sun.
As we got closer I realized what it was. "Its my-my phone?" I laughed letting Em go to bend down and grab it. "That means we're... look! Zach's house! How didn't we see it before?! Wow we are seriously the dumbest people." Emily giggled pointing the the whitish house. I didn't bother to check if my phone was dead or whatever I just started to run towards the house. "Come on guys!" I cheered, happily skipping in the direction of the house. They all just laughed and ran to catch up with me.
As we got closer to the house I felt the hunger harshly hit me. I felt weak yet I felt like a thousand pounds were lifted off my shoulders. I stopped running to catch my breath. This all seemed easy. Like I would've expected Peter to at least come after us or something.
"You good Lukey?" Emily chuckled as she jogged up next to me. "Yeah I'm good. I just need food or water or a couch." I laughed. "We'll rest once we get to Zach's now come on we're almost there!" She smiled at me. "Your so cute." I blurted out. She slightly blushed giving me a peck on the cheek. "Come on." She laughed pulling me along.
"Zach! Help!" Calum called banging on the black door. The door quickly swung open reveling a tall, burnet boy. "Calum? Luke? Girls? What's going on?" He asked. "Zach? Did you dye your hair brown." Cal laughed. "Yeah yeah." Zach blushed in embarrassment and rolled his eyes. "But what happened to all you? Hailey? Brit? How'd you end up with all them?" He gave Hailey and Britney a questioning glance. They just shrugged and pushed past us all to get into the house. "Does it matter? I just need food or water or anything!" Hailey sighed.
I didn't like Hailey. I've only known her for a few hours and I already knew what type of person she was, well what type of person she seemed like. She was that one person who had no filter, like she'd say whatever's on her mind. Rude or nice. She seemed snarky and kinda bitchy but I've only just met her so I won't judge. Britney, on the other hand, seemed quiet and nice. The total opposite of Hailey.
We all walked in after the two and went strait for the pantry and refrigerator. "Someone call 911 and I'll get food. Hailey and Brit, get drinks." I wanted to make some sort of plan so we weren't all crowded. "Touch one thing and I'll kill you all." Zach growled catching us all by surprise, except Hailey and Britney. "What?" I nervously laughed. "You thought you could get away from me? HAH!" A raspy, familiar voice boomed through the house. "P-Peter?" Emily choked out. "Thank you Hailey and Brit I'll pay you later! You may leave now." Peter motioned for them to leave. They just smiled and walked back out the door.
"You all thought I would help you? Wow. We had this all set up! Why did you think there was only a few people here? And why it was so easy to get out." Zach explained locking the door and standing in front of it. "I love how you thought you'd escape from me Em." Peter chuckled, walking up next to Zach. "Now," Peter clapped, "Lets get this show on the road! How about a game of tag?" Peter smiled. There was no way to get out of this. I've lost all hope.
I gave Emily one last hug, excepting our fate. "Luke we can get out of this! Really! We can." She cried into my ear. "No Emily. You nor your little buddies here are getting out." Peter laughed pulling out a hand gun. "Yes we will!" She yelled back. And with that, I herd the gun go off. I felt the impact of the bullet. I felt no pain. I felt relieved. No more pain, no more suffering. "Em." I cried softly, holding my side where I felt the bullet hit me. "Luke? Luke! No no no no no you aren't going to leave me not now." She cried as I slowly fell to the floor. "I love you Emily. I've excepted death. As bad as that sounds I will have no pain. I'll be with Mikey and Lex and Ash and Katie. I'll see you all soon maybe." I smiled through my tears. My sight went fuzzy. The only things I could hear were Emily and Anna's small cries and Calum yelling "Luke no you can't go!" But that's the last I heard. I closed my eyes. Everything was just gone.
Calum's POV
Luke took his last breath and closed his eyes. "Luke no you can't go!" I yelled. I knew he'd already accepted his death. I knew he would be in a better place. Better then this. I fell to the floor and slammed my head into my hands. "Just kill us! I'm done with these games Peter! Just kill us." I cried. "As you wish." He smirked. BANG BANG BANG. He shot Em, then Anna, then me.
There was oddly no pain. I grabbed Anna and pulled her into me. "Cal." She cupped my face in her hands. "See you soon." She smiled through her tears and peacefully closed her eyes. My vision went blurry and I could hear ringing but nothing else. I saw light and felt a odd wave of relief wash over me. I held tightly to Anna before I.......
Peter's POV
"I was getting bored with them anyway. We'll just burn this place down I guess and I'll send you to like Europe or something." I told Zach. He looked in awe at the 4 bodies on the floor. "I can't believe what I just got myself into." He stared in disbelief. "Suck it up and burn the place down." I just wanted the house burnt to the ground and no evidence that I killed these kids. "Now no one will know about my past." I smiled at him. "But I do?" He lifted a brow. "Exactly." I brought the gun to his head and shot without hesitating. I loved seeing their bodies drained of life.
