My Time

Jungkooks P.O.V:

I had just finished my work at my studio and turned on my ps to play some games.

I could barely focus. I kept looking over at my phone, hoping for it to light up, but it never did.

After about an hour, I gave up and leaned the chair all the way back, so I was basically laying down.

I decided to call Taehyung.

"Hey Hyung!" I shouted.

"Yesss?"

"Where are you?"

"At the store down the street, why?" He asked.

"Are you coming back here?"

"Yeah, all my stuff is there. Want me to bring you back anything?"

I sighed "Can you get something sweet to drink? I don't know what".

"I'll find something. I'll be there in like 5 minutes".

I hung up and closed my eyes, hoping to fall asleep, so I could nap until he came, knowing he was definetally gonna be longer than 5 minutes, but no luck.

I started spinning around in the chair, bored out of my mind, when my phone rang.

I rushed to pick it up, to see it was Jin Hyung. I sighed loudly and answered.

"Hello?"

"Hey! When do you think you'll be home? Just wondering if I should make you lunch" He asked.

"I'm not sure. I'm still waiting for Y/N to call. I'll just get something to eat before I come home" I said.

He must've heard I was stressed or something.
"Are you okay?"

"Oh yeah. Just tired of waiting. How long does it take to show her around the building? She was here around 9 and it's noon now" I said pretty loudly.

I could hear him laughing "Relax! She'll call you!". "Ah, I'll call you later" He said and hung up.

I sat for a few more minutes just staring at the ceiling when finally Taehyung came in.

"Jungkook-ah!" He shouted with a big smile.

"Hey!" I responded as I sat up.

He sat down across from me and handed me my drink.

"What have you been working on?" He asked.

"Ah, I was just bored, so I just recorded some random song I wrote last night".

"Ah. Have you heard from Y/N yet?" He wiggled his eyebrows making me chuckle.

"No. I guess she had other things to do".

"Wanna go shopping with me? I was thinking about going out. We could get coffee or something too" He said as he leaned his head on his hand and took a bite out of his snack.

"Sure. I'll just text her to let her know.

"Alright, let's go" I said and stood up.

He got up and walked next to me, as we walked to the elevator.

As we waited for the elevator to arrive, we both put on masks. I put on a bucket hat and he put on a cap.

In the elevator, we laughed at the fact that we were both in all black outfits.

"Hyung! What do you think about this necklase?" I asked.

He slowly walked over to me as he looked at the clothes on the wall on the way over.

"It's not really your style" He chuckled as he looked at the heart shaped necklace filled with diamonds.

"It's not for me. I thought I should get something for Y/N, since i'm here" I chuckled.

"How much is it?" He asked.

I was too embarrased to answer, so he looked himself.

"$3.000!?!?. Wow she really is a good friend, huh!?" He asked, looking shocked.

"It's pretty. She's gonna love it" I said and smiled at it.

"If I ask you something, promise to tell me the truth" He said as we walked out the store.

"Sure. What?"

"Is Y/N really a friend?" He smirked at me.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, you just bought her a heart necklace fir $3000" He basically yelled.

"Yes. She's really a friend. She's basically my best friend... Ofcourse after you" I joked.

"Well ofcourse after me!".

"Wait!" I stopped in my tracks, looking at Taehyung. "Do you think this sends a wrong message!?!?" I asked.

He pulled me forward to get me to keep walking "Aish! I was kidding. She's gonna love it!" He chuckled.
