When Lena came across a dark pink rose on Saturday morning, she was a little bit surprised. Not that she should be any longer, but yesterdays note did seem to rather be lacking and it just made it seem so final. So the dark pink rose that rests itself on her doorstep was unexpected, Lena had always thought that red would be the last.

But what would they have to thank her for? if anything Lena should be thanking them.

Making her way back upstairs mind completly forgetting about why she was about to leave the house. Placing the flower in the glass next to the other Twelve. Most had began to wither, petals resting where they fell on the dresser top.

If Lena was honest, the miss-match of colors didn't really look appealing to the eye at all. But the meaning behind each made the whole thing beautiful to her.

Hunger making itself known again, Lena remembered why she was making her way outside in the first place. Walking outside with a backwards glance at the flowers, Lena left to get herself to get some lunch.

Returning only a half-hour later, Lena spotted a note resting on her doorstep. Picking it up and making her way upstairs, she couldn't help but wonder if they were watching her house. Shrugging it off Lena plopped herself on her bed and began to read.

---------------

Lena,

Thank you for letting me give you these, To thank you for allowing me to fall in love with you. Thank you for being you.

But I'd like to get the chance to thank you in person, to take you out to dinner.

I know I've never given you a hint as to who I am, not a real hint anyway. And there certainly isnt any reason for you to trust that I'm not some stalking freak. But if you'll give me a chance, I want to take you out to dinner. To truly experience time with just you and me.

I don't want you to just make this desision on a whim. I want you to want to have dinner with me. So next Saturday night if you want I will be waiting for you at noonan's coffee shop on the corner, the one near cat-co, At, say, Seven?

Though, if you don't seriously want to have dinner with me. I would much rather wait all night then watch you turn your back and walk away.

Regardless, thank you for giving me the chance to tell you how I feel. I hope to see you in a week's time.

Lena wanted to hit something. A week? she dosen't want to wait another week to find out who they are. How can they just hang that infront of her like that? Curse it all to hell!
