Chapter 4: School

Reece goes to school in this book too guysss.

"Beep...beep" My alarm went off. I started my new school today...yay(!).
It was 6:30am. I decided to get breakfast first. I heard movement downstairs, probably my parents. I walked through to the kitchen to see my dad sitting with a cup of coffee and a news paper.

"Morning dad" I said while yawning.

"Morning love, big day today" My dad said brightly. Where does he get the energy at this time in the morning from?

"Yeah(!)" I chuckled sarcastically.

"You'll love it" My dad said walking up to the sink and putting his cup in.

"I made you pancakes, there in the fridge" My dad smiled.

"Your the best" I laughed racing over to the fridge. I was about to run over to the table and eat them but when I turned around I bumped into Reece.

"Sorry!" I squealed.

"No worries" he smiled.

I walked over to the table and began to eat my pancakes.

Now I have to get ready, ugh. It's 7am so I have about an hour. I showered last night so that's not too bad. My uniform consisted on a white long sleeved shirt, a skirt, tights, a yellow and red tie and black pumps. After getting dressed I curled the bottoms of my hair and added some natural makeup. I put on my green coat and picked up my school bag. I walked out of my door and knocked on Reece's.

"Hey do you wanna get a lift with dad?" I asked opening his door slightly.

"Yeah sure I'll be down in a second" he smiled. I nodded and closed door walking into the living room. My dad is going to work today so he can drop Reece and I off at school.

"We better leave now" Reece spoke as he walked into the living room grabbing his school bag. He was wearing black skinny jeans, a long sleeved shirt the same as mine and the same tie as me. I also tucked my shirt into my skirt by the way. He had on his black jacket and had swung his bag across his body. It was one of those side bags.

*Car Ride*

"I'm in your science and history classes" Reece said handing me a timetable.

"Okay that's fine" I replied placing it in my bag.

"I'd advice you not to speak to Gabriella Walk, Lisa Brown or Shaznee Lakers, they are just brats" Reece chuckled.

"Oh okay, who should I talk to then?" I questioned.

"Uhh Rhiannon, Dinisty and Tiffany are really nice, they are in all your classes" He told me.

"So who do you hang around with?" I laughed.

"Darren, Lenny, Justin and Leo" He smiled.

"Lenny is Lisa's brother" He added.

"Right okay I think I've took everything in" I giggled as we got out the car.

"Bye" Reece and I both said to my dad. We walked through the gates and into our new school. It was called Waterloo Road. (If you watched that show when it was on then you will know all of the people I just listed, it looks the same too btw) Everyone was gathered in the playground talking and messing about.

"See you in science?" Reece questioned.

"Yeah see you" I smiled as he walked off. I stood there not really knowing what to do.

"Hey! I'm Rhiannon" A small girl with red hair smiled.

"Hey I'm Lia" I smiled back.

"So your new here? How do you know Reece?" She asked.

"Yeah I moved here from London, and Reece is my step brother" I chuckled.

"Ahh so your the girl he was telling Darren about? I'm dating Darren by the way" She giggled pointing over at him. He was standing with Reece and another boy. Darren came running over, he kissed Rhiannon before facing me.

"So your Reece's sister? Step sister I mean" he asked.

"Yeah I am, your Darren I'm guessing?" I asked back. He just nodded.

"Darren come here!" I heard a boy shout. He was standing with Reece.

"Justin wants me I'll see yous later" He smiled before walking back over. He's really tall but he seems lovely.

"Want to come and meet everyone then?" Rhiannon spoke up.

"Sure" I giggled. We walked over to two girls that were standing talking.

"Girls this is Lia, Reece's step sister" Rhiannon introduced me.

"Aw hi! I'm Tiffany and this is Kenzie" Tiffany grinned.

"Lovely to meet you" Kenzie spoke.

"Can I hang around with you guys for the day? I don't know anyone apart from you guys?" I asked nervously.

"Of course you can love! Come on we best get inside" Kenzie smiled. Luckily one of the girls was in all of my classes which was handy.

"Ooo who's the new girl" A tall blonde boy smirked.

"Go away Scott" Tiffany scoffed.

"That's Scott Kinghorn, don't speak to him he's a creep" Rhiannon chuckled. I just laughed and nodded.

The bell rang signaling that it was Lunch.

"Do you want to get lunch together? I kind of ditched you this morning sorry" Reece smiled.

"I think I'm eating with Tiffany, I'll see you in History though?" I asked.

"Yeah sure, see you then" Reece looked a little upset about me turning him down. I just put it behind me and walked to the canteen to meet Tiff.

"Hey" I said as I walked over with my food to the table where the girls were sat at.

"Hello, take a seat" Rhiannon replied shuffling over.

"What's it like living with someone famous?" Kenzie asked out of the blue.

"He's just a normal person really, it doesn't really bother me, not something I think about much" I honestly replied.

"He's a hunk though" Tiffany said smiling.

"He's my brother stop" I chuckled.

"I can't help it" Tiffany laughed.

I walked into history with Reece. Miss McFall, one of the oldest teachers was sitting at her desk. She seemed nice enough.

"You must be Lia Marie? Audrey McFall" She smiled I shook her hand and sat at my seat.

"Everyone please welcome our new pupil Lia Marie Russett. She is Reece's step brother" Miss McFall's voice bellowed around the classroom. Every teacher has said the exact same thing today, everyone knows I'm Reece's sister now. I took a seat next to Kenzie and Reece.

"We need two people to volunteer to help out decorate the hall for Friday's party? It will be tonight at 7pm" Miss McFall asked. Reece and I looked at each other and nodded.

"We will Miss" Reece replied referring to himself and I.

"Excellent,ill let Sonya know" She smiled before focusing back on her books.
