The Bad Batch One-Shots 2

78 : Tornado

The bad batch were doing supplies hunting after they got paid from Cid for competed their lastest mission.

During that, Tech told the others "I am believe there will be a big storm in this planet in less than hour."

"Then we should hurry. Omega, Echo, with me while the others taking other one." Hunter gave an order.

Tech and Wrecker nodded and immediately left them. "We don't have to sell me again for another 3.000 credits, right ?" Echo made a serious stare at Hunter.

"I don't know, it seemed working back there." Echo still wasn't pleased about it. Hunter chuckled "Don't worry, I'll make sure we don't use you as a bargain." Echo rolled his eyes "I hope so."

During Hunter and Echo looking any supplies they needed, Omega played any mini furnites that she could find.

"Sneaky must been like these." She said as holding two mini pot of plants.

Then Hunter came to her as she asking "Can I have this ? To decorate Sneaky's house." He chuckled as rubbed her hair "Sure kid. Come on, we better hurry."

She cheered "Yes." She bought two mini plants with her.

As they just out from the town, Hunter noticed the clouds getting darker and the wind was getting stronger.

Next, he mentioned a storm cellar wasn't far from their spot. "Everyone get inside !"

When they were rushing into the cellar, Hunter noticed a tree was going to fall "Omega, look out !" He pushed Omega into the cellar but he didn't make it in time as the door was closed by the wind

"Hunter !" Omega was going out but Echo hold her as trying to calm her down.

"It's alright, Omega. We'll help him." He whispered.

After the tornado passed, Echo and Omega were out from the cellar. They started to look for Hunter. It took minutes until Omega found Hunter was stuck under the tree.

She screamed "Hunter !"

At the same time, Tech and Wrecker just showed up. "Stand back !" Wrecker told them.

They did as he asked. He lifted a tree away from Hunter and picked him up. "We should heading back to the marauder now." They immediately brought Hunter back to the ship.

Back to the havoc marauder, everyone was waiting, they were worried especially Omega had been anxious waiting for him.

Then Tech told them "Hunter has severely injured and he hasn't been awake yet but he's in recovery and he will awake soon."

Omega rushed to see Hunter. She saw his head, his chest, and his left leg were wrapped by bandages and he was laid down on the bed.

She sat besides him as put her trooper doll besides him. Next, she hold his arm, hoping he will be awake.

Two days later, Hunter opened his eyes and looked around they fell asleep, especially Omega who stil holding his arm.

He used his right hand to rub her hair as Omega awoke. "Hunter ?" She was pleased to see him awake.

He smiled as nodded. "I'm so glad you're alive." She gave him a hug gently. "Me too, kid."

"Look who's awake now ." Wrecker said happily as Tech and Echo awoke as well "Good to see you again, Sarge." Tech said while Echo smiled.

Then they stared at Sneaky walked from Omega's arm to Hunter's shoulder. She chuckled "Sneaky's happy that you're awake, Hunter." Hunter chuckled "I guess he is."
