50 : A Delivery of Love #25

Hunter p. o. v.

I usually read Omega a bedtime story and she became more enjoy with my company. When I finished reading, I noticed she fell asleep as cuddling with me.

I smiled as put her on the bed and tucked her in "Good night, starbean." I kissed her forehead. Then I heard the door knock which I hoped it didn't wake Omega up.

I opened the door quietly and it turned out it was Harmony's twin sister "Melody, what are you doing here ?" I asked whispering. "And why are you... " I told her to be quiet "I just put Omega in bed."

Melody apologized as asked me to talk in the living room. I let her in and sat on the sofa. "Listen, Hunter. My sister, Mony's birthday is in three days and I want you to deliver these invitations to her friends around this city. I already sent another from out of city."

She gave me some invitation cards to sent "Good thing I'm a delivery guy, I will sent all of this during my job tomorrow." "Great, and don't tell her. This will be a surprise party."

"Hold on, aren't you and Harmony twins ? You two have a same birthday ?" I was counfused.

She answerd "Actually, I was born the next day after her. My father said my mother had a difficult labor when they were going to have me." I nodded "Oh, I see."

"You just say that you will take her another date with Omega." She said.

I chuckled "I don't think that would be called a date with a kid come along."

"That's still counts, Hunter. My father always took me and Mony to have a date with another woman." She told me.

I was shocked "Really ?"

She nodded "Yeah, Mony wasn't happy about it at first but if it makes him happy, we won't ruin his special day."

"Sounds like that worked out." I commented and she nodded "Anyways, I have to go, Mony will be looking for me now. Thanks, Hunter." She left the room immediately.

The next day, I delivery some packages and invitation cards that I promised to Melody. It went went and after that, I bought my lunch and ate it at the post office.

During my lunch break, Rex came to me "Hunter, Cid said you have extra packages to delivered." I nodded "Thanks Rex." "Someone has a good mood." He teased me.

I shook my head as smiled "I just delivered invitation cards for Harmony's birthday."

"Hold on, aren't she and Melody twins, right ?" Rex was counfused.

"Melody said that she was born after Harmony on the next day so I guess they were born at the midnight." I told him.

Next, Howzer came to them "Hunter, your girlfriend's here." Soon after that, Harmony showed up. She waved "Hello, my love." I smiled "Hi Harmony, what are you doing here ?"

"Can you help me to deliver these cards to Melody's friends around this city ? I know we're twins but we were born at the different days." She put some invitation cards on the table. I nodded "I'm on it. I was going to delivery more packages."

"Wonderful, thank you, sweetheart." She kissed my cheek and left us.

"Twins sometimes can make people counfused." Howzer commented.

"Yeah, like Fives and Echo. The only difference is Fives has a tatto while Echo's not." Rex said.

Few days later, Omega and I got ready to take Harmony to her surprise birthday party.

Omega worn a black dress that I bought for her while I worn a tuxedo that Wrecker brought for me of my first date with Harmony.

"Alright kid, you ready to go ?" I asked and she nodded.

I locked the door then took her hand to Harmony's room. I knocked the door and Harmony immediately showed up with a magenta dress. "This reminds me of our first date." I said. Harmony chuckled "I know, right ? Even we'll go to the same restaurant."

Then she stared at Omega "And you look so beautiful, Omega." She smiled "Thank you, Miss Harmony." "We should get going now."

We went to a restaurant called Dulce Noche but few steps to in front of it, I closed Harmony's eyes while Omega will help her to guide her way.

Arrived that, me and Omega looked around that the party was ready with her friends around. Melody gave a thumb up. "Alright, sweetheart, you ready ?" I whispered to Harmony's ear and she nodded.

"Okay in 3...2...1..." I opened her eyes and she was so surprised "Happy birthday Harmony !"

Harmony was so touched as hugged her sister "Aww, this is wonderful, thank you Melody." "You should thanks to your boyfriend." Melody said.

Next, Harmony came to me and kissed my cheek "Thank you, my dear."

"Oh... So romantic." We immediately stared at a woman who has a long black hair with black eyes shadow.

"Fennec. So glad to see you again here." Harmony shaked hands with her.

"You too, Mony. Oh, is this a delivery boyfriend. So nice." Fennec gave me a creppy stare. Next, she stared at Omega "And have a very cute daughter." Which Omega held my hand tighter as hiding behind me.

"Enjoy your party while you can, birthday woman." Fennec left us.

Harmony apologized us "Sorry for that, sweetheart. Fennec can be... complicated. So why don't you two try a cake ?" We nodded.
