53 : Where I Belong #9

Hunter p. o. v.

After having a family dinner, I immediately entered the shared room where Tech usually studying there every night.

"Tech, I need to ask you something."

He responded "Of course."

"How much you know about Omega ?" I asked.

He suddenly was shocked at staring at me, I could tell that he might lie to me "What are you talking about ?"

"Omega has no experience of socializing with another children around her age."

"Probably she's in home schooling." He said.

I shook my head as said my option "I don't think so. She told me that she's doing her job in the university library everyday."

"Are you sure about that ?"

"I'm absolutely sure. I had a long conversation with her this afternoon." I replied.

"Well, I'll check it with her but not 100 percent if I could find all the informations you need to know about her." He said.

I sighed "Alright, I trust you, brother." I put my hand on his shoulder. Then I left our room to check our nephew, Erin.

Echo p. o. v.

I took care of Fives after he had a lot of bruises due of class fight "I've been telling you to study, not starting a fight." It felt like I have been telling him thousand times.

Fives sighed "Yeah, yeah, yeah, but writing assignment is not fun."

I shook my head "Hey, we're going to college to achieve our dreams so don't causing their attettion because of your bad action."

"I get it, bro. " He sighed again.

"Now, do your assignment. Good thing, the teacher didn't check it this afternoon and don't copy mine. I'm gonna bring our dinner here." I warned him.

He nodded as doing his assignment.

Even though he wasn't always to be a rule follower but no matter what trouble that he might be through, I would make sure that we finished it together. I guess this is a twin thing.

When I was going to bring the dinner, I noticed me and Fives doing a summer vacation together with our high school friends, Jesse, Kix, Hevy, and Hardcase. I honestly missed those times.

But I think there was no turning back now, they were finding their own goals like going to different university of started a job immediately. I guess I regretted for that.

As we got ready to learn, I noticed a young woman with a long blonde hair with a little braid to tide her hair up straight perfectly.

Fives spoke to her first with his whistle "Hello, beautiful. You're new here, aren't you ?"

I rolled my eyes as punched on his shoulder "Don't scare her."

"What ? I just praised her." He replied as shook my head.

Then I stared at a woman "Sorry about my brother. Is this your first day ?"

She nodded "Yeah, I was supposed to be here last week but my father passed away and I had to take care of that."

"I'm sorry what have you been through." I said then she smiled "Thanks. Anyways, my name's Kalia." "I'm Echo and that's my twin, Fives." Fives immediately waved to her.

She nodded "Nice to meet you." Then I noticed Miss Taun We entered and we rushed to sit at our seat. Kalia sat besides Fives. I hoped he didn't scare her too much.

Hunter p. o. v.

After I finished my job, I saw Omega read some books were placed in front of her "Hey kid." I sat besides her.

She stared at me "Hello Hunter. Is Hunter finish doing your chores ?" I nodded "Yeah, I just finished." "Oh, very well."

"What are the books you reading ?" I asked. "Omega read it about school like you suggested. I just figured out that school is not just education, it is about socialization."

"Yeah, kid. It's about making a connection and you will learn more outside of this zone. Don't you ever bored being stuck here ?"

"Sometimes but Miss Nala Se doesn't allow Omega to go outside." She said.

"Your mother ?" I asked. She replied "Miss Nala Se is a creator of Omega."

I was shocked as trying to get my brain think straight "What do you mean of that ?"

At the time, one of Tech's classmates, Fives sat with us "What's up, kid ?" Omega and I put a finger to the mouth and told him to be quiet.

"Fives, how many times Omega has to tell you that at the library, Fives have to keep the voice down." She warned him.

He chuckled as rubbed his neck "Right, right, sorry."

"Where's your brother and Tech anyways ? Aren't you three having lunch here ?" I asked.

"Oh, they're giving our new friend a tour. Echo said that she wasn't comfortable with me." Fives said.

Then Omega told him "Mostly women are insecure of it, especially how people treat. That's why you have to rescept their company."

I was surprised that she might think like a grown up woman "Yeah Fives, you should try to be more nice of her." "I guess you're right."

Then Tech showed up with a worried face "Fives, Echo needs you right now, he's in trouble." We rushed to help him up.
