May and Harry followed Hagrid to a subway station and boarded the train. May and Harry sat comfortably I'm the seats while Hagrid took up 3 seats, attracting quite a lot of attention. The group say silently as the train pulled out of the station and started towards London.

They filed out of the train headed towards the street up above. "Hagrid, are we really going to find all this in London?" May questioned as she looked at her list. "If you know where to go." Hagrid whispered. Hagrid leg then to pub and stopped outside. May and Harry noticed that the people bustling around seemed to not even see the great pub. Their eyes simply seemed to glide from one store to the other, completely missing the pub.

Hagrid straps to the door and held it own for the other two. Harry and May walked into the pub to see many magical things happening inside. There was a broom sweeping the floor by itself and a man stirring his coffee without touching the spoon. The bar man greeted Hagrid like an old friend and, when he finally noticed May and Harry, he gaped at them like they grew two heads. Harry and May soon found the entirety of the pub coming to shake hands with the two twins.

Hagrid shuffled them out the back door, after telling everyone they must be going. They stepped out into a small back alley and Harry and May watched as Hagrid began counting the bricks. Harry and May were amazed as Hagrid tapped on a brick with a pink umbrella, revealing a street full of witches and wizards. Hagrid led them down the street to a bank. They took a long ride to a vault where May and Harry found out about their money their parents had left them. They each grabbed handfuls of coins as Hagrid told them the currency. They headed to a vault where a small package lay, which Hagrid quickly gathered up. They headed out the bank and began shopping for their school things.

May and Harry were soon almost done with their shopping. They walked down the street to a shop marked 'Ollivander's'. Hagrid led then inside and headed off to get birthday presents for both of them. They walked into the shop, making the bell ring to signal their arrival.

"Hello?" May spoke, feeling a little uneasy. Harry and May heard a shuffling from inside the shop and tuned to see who must've been Mr. Ollivander himself. "Ah, the Potters. I was wondering when I would be seeing you." He spoke. He began looking through shelves that were stacked with boxes and boxes of what May took to be wands. He pulled out a few wands for them to try and held out one to each of them.

Harry and May looked up, questioningly. "Well, give it a wave then!" He said. May and Harry waved the wands but found that nothing happened. Ollivander snatched the wands out of their hands and gave them two more. Again, nothing happened. Again, Ollivander snatched them out of their hands. This continued until most of the wanna in the shop were gone. May found her wand finally. It was an eight inch with a dragon-heartstring core and oak wood. She sat in a corner as Harry tried many wands, finally finding one. They soon found out that the same core was found in their parents' murderer had.

Harry and May heard out the shop and smiled as Hagrid came up the street bearing gifts for them. May squealed as she saw the kitten in his arms. It was a small gray, white, and black fluff ball. He had cute blue eyes that were mesmerizing. She carefully took him out of Hagrid's hands as he held it out. She rubbed her cheek against him. She looked intently at him as she decided what to name him as Hagrid and Harry talked. "I'll name you Fluff!" May declared. Fluff seemed to like his new name add he snuggled into her. May smiled and held Fluff close to her.

The group moved down the streets, weighed down with the amount of books, quills, parchment, and potion ingredients. They headed back into the doorway into the non-magical world, which they soon found out the non-magical people were called muggles. They walked to the subway and took a long train ride to the King's Cross Station. As they walked, Hagrid realized he must be going and left Harry and May to find the station themselves.

"But there's no such platform 9 3/4." May said. They decided to check with a guard if there was a train leaving at 11 o'clock. The man looked at them queerly and told them the was no such train. May and Harry looked around, feeling very stupid with their trolleys of school things. "Always packed with muggles of course." They heard a woman speak. They looked briefly at each other before following the group of red-headed kids and adults. May and Harry watched as the children walked briskly toward the separation of platform 9 and 10. They disappeared and May quickly rubbed her eyes to make sure she saw correctly and found she did.

May and Harry started forward, deciding to ask the woman how to get to the platform. "Excuse me!" May started. The woman and the two children left turned towards them. "C-can you-?" Harry stuttered. "How do you get on the platform?" May asked for Harry, since he seemed incapable of asking the question. "Of course dearies, is Ron's first time as well. All you have to do is walk straight at the barrier of platforms 9 and 10. Best do it at a bit of a run of your nervous." The kind woman beckoned them to follow her instructions and May stepped forward quickly. She trusted this woman more than Harry did, it seemed. May walked briskly towards the barrier and soon found herself on a platform. She smiled at the train and walked to the door that was wide open for students, giving a man her luggage. She settled down the corridors of the train and found herself face-to-face with a boy with platinum blonde hair.

She has to admit, this boy was kinda cute. "Hi, I'm May." She introduced. The boy looked her up and down and seemed to decide that she was good enough to be his friend. "Malfoy, Draco Malfoy." The boy said. May smiled. "I like that name. Doesn't it mean dragon in Latin?" She said. He smiled a little and nodded. "Well, it was nice meeting you, but I must see where my brother has got to." She said and walked past her new friend. May was known for making friends easy and she was proud for it. Not 5 minutes later, she found her brother in a compartment. She smiled. "May I sit here, dear brother?" She asked in a fake posh voice. He giggled and nodded. She sat next to him and soon found a boy opening their compartment door.
