The Truth

Emily Pov:
I am eating dinner with Teddy, Arizona, Callie and the kids. Which is okay but I am concerned about what is coming out of these kids mouths. 

Leo says "Mommy guess what" I say "Yeah bubs?"

He says "I'm married" I choke on my water and it comes out of my nose and Hadley starts giggling.

Teddy says "I guess you didn't expect that so soon"

I say "Leo hunny who are you married too?"

He says, "To my hamster" I sigh and relief and mumble "Oh sweet Jesus" 

Arizona laughs and says "This is what you get for buying him a hamster for his birthday"

Then Everly says "Mama" and I say "Yes?"

She says "Haddie is chewing on her arm and it's starting to turn red"
I sigh because this is Hadley's new favorite hobby chewing on anything around her and attached to her body.

I go over to Hadley's high chair and pull her arm out of her mouth and she starts wailing, I pick her up and put her in my lap and she stops.

Callie says "How's motherhood?" I give her the eye, the eye I've been perfecting since Leo was born it can make a child burst into tears because they knew they are doing something they should not.

Callie then says "Jeez your scary" then my pager goes off and Everly screams "NOO MOMMY!!!" 

She wraps her body around my leg and I say "Evie mommy has to go. I'll be back soon I'm sure it's just a 15 minute consult" It is probably not a 15 minute consult but she can't tell time soo....

Arizona says "Ev mommy has to go we'll stay though I promise" and Everly screams "NO NO NO!" I try to stand up but Everly has her body firmly wrapped around my leg.

Teddy says "Everly I will pull you off of her" Everly holds on even tighter and I sigh and say "I'll take you with me you can go to daycare" and Leo says "But what about me mommy!" oh my god.

Who made the decision to have all these kids, a demon must have taken over me or you know Meredith Grey. I miss Mer still every day not only because of the child care or helping me with the kids. I miss her hugs and her kisses and her holding me from behind, things Teddy does but when she holds me from behind I have to have her get off me, I won't tell her why but the truth is I don't want to replace Mer completely, I already feel like that's what I'm doing.

Then everyone's pager starts to beep and I say "Okay now your all coming let's goo" and Everly jumps off me leg and says "Yay!!"

Callie Pov:

Emily and Teddy, Everly and Hadley take Emily's car and Leo begged to come with us so he is coming with me and Zona.

Once we got in the car Leo says "Aunt Callie, Aunt Zona there is a reason I asked to ride with you"

Arizona says "What is it Leo?"

He says "Well mommy is acting funny and I wanted to talk to you about it"

I say "What do you mean by funny?"

He says "I know she misses mama a lot like a lot. But she won't tell Aunt Teddy about it and now she's mad at some guys Rigg's I don't know much about him. But I think it's getting to much on her. I think you should talk to her"

Leo is a mature kid. He went through some things that weren't Meredith and Emily's fault. It was caused by other people. But he has been through a lot at his age. Also I want to know about this Rigg's guy.

I say "Me and Aunt Zona will talk to her after work okay?" he nods.

We pull up and I can already tell it's busy.

Arizona Pov:
Emily and I take the kids to day care and then go down to the pit.

The ambulance pulls up and the paramedic says "John Doe, 24 years old. Got in a car crash. Unconscious on the scene. Coded once in the field. No, I.D"

Bailey says "Okay we don't have time to assess he needs emergency surgery his body is declining faster than I would like!" then blood starts shooting out of his neck. 

Emily says "Right coronary artery"

And she whips on top of the man and holds down on the wound faster than I could even move. Damn she is fast. I don't know if it's from the army or what but she can take her tiny self and do a lot of things I can't do in 2 minutes and do it in 2 seconds.

Teddy Pov:
I am in the hardest surgery of my life. It is a hard procedure but the worse part is it's me, Emily, Nathan, Arizona and Callie, Bailey in this OR. And the tension between Emily and Nathan is like no other.

Emily says "Clamp!" and Nathan throws it into her hand dramatically. And Emily says "Riggs really I know we're mad at each other but at least be professional"

He says "Well I am sorry. But you are still mad at something that's not my fault!"

Arizona says "Do one of you have to step out?"

Emily says "No we do not"

Nathan says "Em..."

Emily says sternly "It's Dr. Grey-Robbins to you"

Nathan says "Listen I'm sorry"

Emily yells "You killed my brother and your fucking sorry!"

Sorry I have not updated in a while. This is also a super short chapter but I needed to get the secret out to open more story lines. So yeah this is going to cause some drama.
