Chapter 6: Introductions

I apologize for the uneventfulness of this chapter. Introductions took way longer than I thought they would, this chapter is basically just Y/n's thoughts on every character.

Also, thank you for your suggestions. They helped a lot and now I have a clearer idea of what to do.

Now, a question for you: Do y'all want a comeback of mommy Y/n? I've noticed that she has been more cold or cheerful in the past chapters.

And so, the death game begun.

The surviving participants were in the main hall of the first floor. All I did was watch them closely.

I have taken notice of Sara hitting Joe for some reason... I will not question her action.

Sara Chidouin, a responsible girl that stays for clubs after school, trains kendo and has a loving family. For some reason wins the trust of anyone she comes across. She reminds people of my sister, which is bad.

Her winning would ruin me. If she's this dependent in simulating, who knows how she will act in reality. I might be utterly useless. Not to mention being compared to her like I am with my sister now.

Joe Tazuna, an outgoing guy, very cheerful. Loyal as a dog. Really someone you would want to be friends with. I have nothing more to say about him.

He doesn't have a slight chance of winning, as he is not a candidate.

I listened to the participants, they were going to introduce themselves.

"The wary ones can be for later. Raise your hand if you don't mind blabbin'" I hear Keiji say.

"Hello, I am Kazumi Mishima. I teach at a certain highschool... Mwahaha..." Professor Mishima said. I do not understand why that evil laugh at the end of his sentence was necessary though.

Kazumi Mishima, the professor of Nao Egokoro. Looks way too old for his age. He's really good at his job and treats all of he's students equally with respect and he wishes to connect with each one of them. Really a teacher anyone would want.

If he were to win, that really wouldn't be that bad, honestly.

"Ehh...? You're a school teacher? The world's going to dogs, meow." Gin said, which was understandable given that any kid his age would respond in a similar way.

"Boohoohoo..." Sobbed professor Mishima. It looked quite pathetic, honestly.

"Name's Reko Yabusame. I'm a singer-songwriter." Said Reko. I have taken notice of the look on Joe's face, like he recognized her.

Reko Yabusame, the singer-songwriter that has gone through a lot of development after her brother's murder case. She used to be harsh on everyone, but she's gotten so far as saying someone like me could be her friend.

I personally like her, she's a good choice for a winner unless she goes back to the way she was before. Luckily, that is highly unlikely.

"Oh! I think I've seen you in magazines! You're THE Reko Yabusame?!" Joe said quite loudly. While it is a expected reaction to seeing your idol. However, Is this an appropriate situation for him to be acting this way?

"Dude... Is this the time?" Reko asked the thing that was exactly on my mind. I know I haven't grown up in the most normal of circumstances, this seems to be not so good timing for ordinary folk.

"Sorry..." Joe apologized, as he should.

Suddenly he spoke up.

"... I am Kai Satou. I'm a rather unremarkable homemaker." He said.
