Vampire fair + epilogue

Lazarus POV

"Darling, this is the vampire fair. It's always put up around this time of the year. It's like the most visited fair and is called the haunted fair. I do hope your not scared of haunted houses or Ferris wheels, oooh, how's your shooting capability we can shoot some wolves, toy wolves , win some stuffies and ranging from the cotton candy to our bloody lattes everything is available for us to eat. There is even the water amusement park, haunted water park, amusement park, shops, I'll buy you anything you put your hand on and oh look over there is my favourite, the candy store. Can we visit that store first please "I said, my eyes lighting up like on a child on Christmas Day. This place brings back so many happy memories, the ones I want Liza to know, to experience and also for her to cherish.

" Of course Zar, let's go to the candy store first and then explore the water world and then the amusment park and then go  to the Ferris wheel and them the shops, in between all this food is a must"she said

"Of course, food... We can't leave the best part of a fair, the food out, now can we? " I said as I took her hand and led her to the candy store.

"Wow, this is a lot of candies. I think I'm gonna have a sugar rush " Said Liza as she eyed the 70 different candies I laid in front of her in the table

"If you get a sugar rush, I'll look after you, I promise. Try this one first, it's my favourite and I'm sure you'll love it" I said handing her the gummy little thingy that I love bit never asked the name of .

Delicately she put the lucky candy in her mouth and jer lips curved upwards.

"This is so good, it's like the gummy bears wr habe back in my realm but this one is like 89 steps higher than those. I love them. We need go keep a stock of them at put palace, Zar, please tell me we can"she said

" We can sweetheart "I said already signalling the shopkeeper to pack those candies in a  bag for us.

" This chocolate looks good, is it safe for humans, I mean is it blood free? "She asked, I took the chocolate from. Her hand and took a bite, blood poured pug from the chocolate

" I guess it's not"she said laughing. However O did not find this funny, I specifically told the lady in the pink pj's to pack us non blood candies, what if I hadn't had a bite out of the chocolate, my poor Liza would have had to deal with blood, I think she would have gotten traumatized. This lady was going go lose her head. Her countdown begins today itself.

"Zar, no killing the lady, it was a genuine mistake. Remember we are working towards a democratic realm and not a massacre realm" Said Liza and I pouted

"But she disobeyed me" I said

"She didn't disobey you, she just accidentally handed you a blood chocolate, the rest of them ate human friendly, see" She said biting into a Carmel chocolate, the melted yummy stuff smeared all over her lips. I couldn't resist that, I just couldn't. Closing the distance between us I kissed her lovingly and guess what she kissed me back sweetly.

"Now thats my new favorite sweet" I said smiling and she laughed.

"Alright, vampire king, let's pack the rest and got to the water park. " She said and I nodded.

We walked over to the water park and I brought us both swimming costumes and then helped her into the water roller coaster, front seat to be specific.

"Wohooooo" She squealed as the roller coaster took a dip spraying us with cold water. Once the ride was over she convinced me to take another round and boy did that turn into another.

Finally after 3 rounds we changed and dried off and went to a nearby food court. I brought myself a blood mid cake and coffee while she brought some fried waffles and ice cream coffee. Don't ask me where she got the combo from, she was craving it so who was I to question her food choices.

We then went to the haunted manor and that was the best part for me, because the entire time she was holding me tightly and was completely squished into my side with her face hidden in my neck. I was basically carrying her like a baby monkey, not complaining for that. We then went on the roller coaster, the merri go round and the ride which twist and turn while going up and down.

Finally we took a break and ate some candy floss, rather she ate an entire candy floss and half of mine. We then went on the Ferris wheel.

She leaned her head on my shoulder as she and I watched the view. I fulfilled her dream of being kissed by her prince Charming on a Ferris wheel at the to with the perfect view. I then took her to the ring toss section and tossed a few rings with her winning her, a stuffed vampire.

We then went to the balloon shooting and she won that game, hence winning me a stuffed wolf. Fate is mocking me .

We then had some cheesy burgurs and then after a while I  just flew us back home. She was almost asleep when we reached and so I just helped her change and then ticked her into bed, cuddling next to her.

I knew that this was the start of our beautiful love story and I'm glad that this te instead of being an idiot and doing things wrong, I'm being a gentleman or gentle vampire, and doing things right, giving the love of my life all the love I have stored inside of me. As long as she has me and I have her, I know we are going to be alright and the kingdom will be alright.

Looking up at the sky, I saw my dragon friend roaming around with his mate. What will fate bring to them, I wonder.
