Hadirs sister a Thandruill story

Back in Mirkwood

It's been 2 weeks since the battle and Sky is still unconscious, Hadir and Lady Galadriel has come to Mirkwood to help care for her. Thandruill can't concentrate on anything because of worry, the whole of Mirkwood is worried for their queen.

Thandruill walks in to his chambers and sees Lady Galadriel sitting next to Sky reading to her, she looks up and says ( you need to rest, she will wake soon). He sighs and says ( i can't every time I close my eyes, I see her covered in blood), she nods and says ( she would tell you to take care of yourself). They hear a weak ( that's true), they look and see Sky awake. She smiles and says weakly ( I was having a lovely dream and you woke me up), Thandruill smiles with tears in his eyes. He says ( you have been asleep for 2 weeks, do you want some water) she nods, he helps her to drink. Galadriel says ( he has been so worried, we all have), she smiles and says ( i just need rest, then I will be fine. They smile at her and Thandruill says( would you like a bath), she nods and he goes to run it. She looks at Galadriel and says ( he hasn't slept), she shakes her head. Sky nods and says ( i will talk to him), he comes back in and says ( right my love, i will help you). He carries her carefully to the bath, he puts her in a chair and helps her undress. He sees the wound and closes his eyes, she looks at him and says ( I'm here and I'm ok, I'm not going anywhere).

He helps her into the bath and she moans( that feels so good), he smiles at her and says ( I'm glad your awake). She kisses him and says ( I know you blame yourself but it was my fault, I should have stayed with the guards), he looks at her and says ( I almost lost you again, I couldn't bare it). She strokes his cheek and says ( I'm here and soon I will be back to normal), he smiles and says ( until then you have me and Hadir and Galadriel to help you). He helps her wash her hair and body, he helps her out of the bath and carries her to their bedroom. He says ( Galadriel has put your clean nightgown on the bed), she smiles and hides her face in his neck. He says ( are you tired), she nods and says ( the healer needs to check the wound). He helps her dress and back to bed, he calls for the healer. She smiles at him and says ( I'm hungry), he laughs and tells the maid to get the food.

The healer checks the wound and says ( bed rest for a while, then we will start you walking slowly) she nods, the healer goes and Sky says ( where's Hadir). Thandruill smirks and says ( he went on patrol to kill spiders, says he is better than us), she laughs and moans. Sky says ( the spiders will beat him up), Thandruill walks to her and says ( he isn't that bad). He helps her to eat and she falls asleep after, he strokes her hair and says ( i love you so much). Hadir walks in and says ( they say she is awake), Thandruill nods and says ( she just fell asleep, she had a bath and food). Hadir looks at her smiling in her sleep, he smiles and says ( she is tough, she has to be to put up with our brothers). She whispers ( and you pea brain), he smirks at her and says ( insults in her sleep, she is getting better). They chuckle and watch her sleep, they both fall asleep and Sky wakes up and says ( they need this).

3 weeks later Sky's wound is healed, the healer has her walking around her chambers everyday to build her strength back up, the healer says to Thandruill ( eating meat will help her, it will give her strength) he nods. He watches Sky walk around their chambers and says ( soon you can walk around the garden), she smiles and says ( can we go now, I want to see the flowers). He looks at the healer and says ( I can carry her there, let her walk around then carry her back), the healer smiles and says ( that's fine with me). Sky smiles as Thandruill carries her to the garden, he puts her down and she holds his arm as they walk. She says ( it's so warm), he smiles and says ( you have more colour now). She looks at him and says ( thank you for looking after me), he kisses her forehead and says ( as your husband it's my duty, as your king it was my honour). They walk for a while and she says ( I'm getting tired now), he carries her back to their chambers but she fell asleep in his arms. He smiles at her and says ( rest my love, soon you will be strong again), he puts her on the bed and wraps a blanket over her. She smiles and snuggles into the pillows, she whispers ( i love you Thandruill).
