Uraraka's POV
Me and Deku had decided that using our quirks would be the most effective method to find Toga. Deku hopped from building to building, checking alleys and paths for her while I floated myself around, taking breaks to quell any sickness. It was hard to say how long we had been out, but the sky was beginning to turn pink with the sunset. "I'm starting to think we'll never find her," I muttered, sat next to Deku. "I'm sure we will. I have an idea, she'll probably be in some villain haven, like a red light district or somewhere like that, we could search the nearest area," he suggested, having as good a plan as always. "Huh, that makes a lot of sense. Jeez you're smart," I complemented him, standing up, preparing to float myself up. "Thanks. The nearest area is a red light district a few towns over," Deku replied, standing. He leaped a fair distance onto a building ahead of us, with me following behind him.
Toga's POV
I woke up not entirely sure that I was awake at all. I couldn't see anything but darkness and everything was numb. The only reason I knew I was awake was because, despite having little control, I could move, though not far. I could move my head and body, but not my hands or legs. With the numbness of my body, I found myself unable to speak. The best I could manage was more of a low grumble or growl. After my attempt at speaking, someone, who seemed to be to my right, walked away. After a few minutes, I was able to move, still not able to see. Since no one had re-entered the room, I began humming to myself. I was so lost humming to myself that I didn't even notice that someone had come back. Whatever was blocking my sight was ripped away. Blinding light flooded my vision, causing me to stop my humming. Once my eyes adjusted to the brightness, I saw a young looking woman staring at me. "Morning sweetheart. I see you can talk again." I knew that voice. She was the one who kidnapped me. Knowing my hands weren't available, I simply stared at her, baring my fangs as a warning to not get to close. "So you recognise my voice. No need to be mad darling, you're not here to stay. Y'know I could hold a big ransom for you. You're worth quite a lot," she smiled, daring to move closer to me. I said nothing. "Awwww are we not talking to me? Don't worry, you won't be hurt as long as you obey me," she told me, holding my face and getting uncomfortably close, knowing I could do nothing about it. "I am not doing anything-," I began, realising I had no power over her mid-sentence, "Ugh what do you want from me?" She smiled, letting go of me. "Good girl. Now if you haven't noticed, you're tied up. I will let you walk around if you don't try to escape me, deal?" I thought it through for a moment. I didn't know what she was capable of, nor her quirk or if she was bluffing. "Fine, deal," I answered, not wanting to provoke her incase she had an advantage. "Good. Alright let's get that off of you then," she muttered, crouching to remove whatever bound my legs. "Alright there you go. Also we need to find something for those teeth of yours, they could hurt somebody, couldn't they," she stood up, walked closer to me and grabbed my face again, lifting the edges of my mouth to expose my fangs. "Awww you're being so good. If you keep this behaviour up I'll set out your ransom early, or you could stay with me longer, whatever you'd prefer," she praised me like a dog. "Well I have to go meet a friend, you'll stay here and be a good alright? Doesn't matter, I'm locking the door anyway." Apparently this woman had mistaken me for a dog, as she pet my head as such. She finally left the room.
Uraraka's POV
Once we made it to the border of the district, the sky was already black. "Ok, we made it. If Toga's here that'll be perfect. The issue is where to find her," I mumbled, deactivating my quirk. "That might be quite the task considering this place is full of what we can assume are murderers and villains. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. Plus, we can also assume that she has a pretty hefty reward over her head, if the wrong person's seen her, she could've been kidnapped," Deku answered, showing good points, as always. "Where do we start? With streets, asking around, seeing if she's been taken?" I asked. "We'll start with streets, the last thing we want is other potential kidnappers to know there's a big wad of money wandering around for them to take. The last thing she needs is to be kidnapped and handed to whoever pays up." He answered leaping onto the tallest building he could manage. I followed up after him, looking down around us for Toga. "So how will we find her if she was kidnapped, like, hypothetically. How would we know where she is? How would we take down whoever was able to catch her? She got away from Aizawa, there's no way any weak, average person could keep her contained never mind catching her," I questioned. My mind was racing with ever possibility, including her not even being here and even the possibility of her death. "Okay if I'm being honest, I'm not sure how we'll find her. I'm sure we'll know if she's here or not though. She's not exactly the best at hiding for long periods of time, someone's bound to have seen her. And if she's been kidnapped, Toga was alone. The three of us together could take on almost anyone," he assured, leaping to the next building. "Okay, but what if...what if she's dead?" He didn't answer. "Deku?" He sighed. "If she's dead, her body will have no use to them. It'll be dumped on the street for someone to find. That someone will probably be us. If she's dead, we'll know," he said, all of his signature happiness replaced with a serious tone. He jumped up onto the next building. It wasn't the best confidence boost, but I couldn't stop now. I was here, I was in trouble when I got back and I'm not getting back without Toga, dead or alive, hopefully alive.
