Togas POV

"Jeez, that took way longer then expected. I'm so tired. How are you doing Ketsueki?" I was exhausted. That took so much longer then expected. We were there for like 5 hours. I wonder how Ochako is. "I'm alright...really tired," she yawned, tripping over her own feet slightly. "Aww, c'mere. I'll carry you," I smiled, picking her up and giving her a piggyback, letting her head rest on my shoulder. "Damn, I'm ready for a good nap. I could sleep for a year, I swear," I muttered to myself. About half way back home, Ketsu had fallen asleep and was slowly falling. "Oh don't fall. I don't wanna have to carry you to the hospital," I mumbled, shifting her so she was laying in my arms instead. I managed the rest of the journey without flaw. I managed to to get my keys out and the gate open without dropping Ketsu and get inside. "Ochako! We're home!" I set Ketsueki down on the sofa and went to find Ochako. Just as I made it to the stairs, she rushed down, stopping about 2 steps away from me. "Oh! Hi Miko, how are you two?" "Miko? Is that a nickname? And me Ketsueki and are fine, she's just tired," I answered, wanting to know what was up with the nickname. "Good. And yes, that's a nickname. I finished her room and cleaned most of the house, by the way. Now, what time is it?" "It's like 10pm, why?" Ochako showed a large happy grin. "Because, Miko, it is time to go to bed. And that means I get cuddles," she smiled. "Oh yeah? Well, I gotta get Ketsu to bed first, so you gotta wait, Ocha," I replied, smiling slyly. "Okay, by the way, her room is literally just across from ours, that guest room, y'know," she said before trotting up the stairs to our room. I went the other direction, going to get Ketsueki to bring her to her room. She was curled up in a ball on the sofa, smiling to herself. "Awww, how cute. C'mon, let's get you to a real bed," I said, picking her up again. I put her down on her bed, tucking her in and leaving her to sleep. I walked to my bedroom, where I assumed Ochako was waiting for me, assumably for her cuddles. As soon as I walked into the room, I was tackled and dragged onto the bed. "What the fuck- Ochako, you couldn't not do that? Seriously?" "I want cuddles. I've missed you, we haven't have cuddles for for ages," she dragged me closer to her, squeezing me with what I assumed was as much of her strength she thought I could not die to. "Ochako, please, can I at least change into something comfy?" "Mmmmm no. Stay with me, never leave," she mumbled into the crook of my neck. "C'mon, please?" "Nope." I gave up, just deciding to cuddle her as well. "Love you, Miko," she muttered. "Love you too, Ocha."

Ketsueki's POV

I woke up, shaking slightly and in a cold sweat. Another bad dream. I didn't recognise where I was, and naturally began to panic, until I remembered that Toga had taken me in and this was probably my new room. Should I call her Toga? Whatever. "Ugh, I hate these stupid nightmares. Really need to do something about this, so annoying. Now what?" I knew I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep after that. I didn't even know how long I'd been asleep. Or what time it was. It was light outside, but it was summer so it could still be late. "Is there, like, a clock in here or something?" I looked around, searching for the aforementioned clock. There was a little digital clock on the bedside table that said it was 5am. Wow, that was surprisingly later then usual. But it was still early. I laid back down, thinking that I might as well attempt to go back to sleep. Until I heard someone walking around. Was one of the other two awake already? Why the heck would they be awake? It was obvious they were trying to be quiet, but not silent. They sounded like they weren't bothering to be quiet, but they didn't want to wake anyone. I was curious and knew I wouldn't be able to sleep, so I got up, trying my best to be quiet, and made my way towards the noise. When I found my way to the source of the noise, there was Toga, stood in the kitchen, seemingly cooking something. What the hell was she doing cooking at 5 in the morning? "Uh, Toga? What are you doing up at 5am? Making food?" She whipped around, pulling her arms up so she was in a stance to punch someone directly in the face. "Oh. Hi Ketsu. I woke up earlier then I should've so I thought I'd make pancakes. What about you? What are you doing up so early?" She relaxed and turned back around to what I assumed was her pancakes. "Nightmare. Nothing I haven't seen before, just couldn't get back to sleep," I answered, sparing the details of the nightmare itself. "What was it about?" I didn't want to answer, but I figured talking about it would maybe make it better. "...My parents. I hate my parents. They hated me," I muttered, trying to summarise in as little words as I could. "Hm. Bad dreams about bad parents. I'm familiar. I have nightmares about my parents sometimes. Do you wanna talk about it?" Huh? She had bad parents? Did she have the same childhood as I did? "You had bad parents too?" "Yep. Didn't really care about me; didn't care for my quirk either. I was forced to suppress my quirk for years. Had to deal with that until I was like 13 when I finally snapped and ran away," she said, shockingly casual for the fact she was talking about something that probably traumatised her. "Oh. That sounds awful. My parents didn't like the fact that my quirk was blood related. Kept saying that my mum had cheated. Eventually they kicked me out when I was 6 and I was forced to live on the street," I sighed, happy to finally get that information off of my chest and to someone who cares, but not really wanting to bring up my parents again. "Mm. I'm happy you came to me, living on the street isn't fun and it only gets worse as you get older. More aggressive, more violent, more 'survival of the fittest'. I had the league and was known for being able to kill, even before the league, I couldn't imagine being alone without the defence of a reputation or friends." She made a fair point, I doubt I would've lasted if I hadn't come to her. "Anyway, enough with the depressing stuff, do you want some pancakes?" That was a mood swing and a half. "Uh, yeah sure, sure. I'd love some pancakes," I stuttered, surprised by her sudden mood change. "Do you want anything on it? We have, like, everything you could want on a pancake," she smiled. "Do you have lemon juice?" "Of course we have lemon juice, it's awesome. Here is your pancakes, bon appétit," she said, handing me the plate of pancakes. I sat down at the nearest table, digging in to my food. "Thanks. Oh, by the way, what should I call you? Like, I don't wanna call you Toga because that's gonna be my name, but I dunno what you want me to call you," I asked. "Oh, right. Uhh, you can just call me whatever you're comfortable with. Whatever you wanna call me," she smiled, piling pancakes onto two other plates. "Uhm, well, there's also Uravity and I guess she's technically gonna be my parent too so, I guess I'll call her mum and you mama, I guess." "Aww that's adorable. And by the way, her name's Ochako Uraraka," she smiled, putting down two plates of pancakes on the table. "Okay, I'm gonna go get Ochako, you eat up cuz we gotta go do more legal stuff later and I don't want you starving," she trotted up the stairs to her room. I sat and ate my food, waiting for them to come back. Toga, or rather mama, was a very good cook. "Come onnnnnn, stop being a sleepy butt," I heard mama whine from upstairs. "Calm down Miko, I'm not a morning person. And it didn't help that you woke me up, either." Mama was practically dragging Uraraka, or mum, down the stairs. "Oh stop being dramatic. Plus, I made pancakes AND I didn't burn anything this time,"mama said, bouncing at the bottom of the stairs, waiting for mum to make her way down. "Really? You didn't burn anything? Ketsu! She didn't burn anything right?" "Huh? No, nothing's burnt, and they taste really good too," I smiled, my mouth half full with pancake. "Hmm, okay, I'll believe you. But I swear on your favourite knife if I find anything burnt, I'm gonna smack the shit out of you," she growled, pointing an accusing finger at mama. "El gasp! Profanity! And you ain't touching my knives, especially Vinny." Did she really just say 'gasp'? What the hell? Mama sat down, closely followed by mum. Mum cautiously took a piece of her pancake, slowly eating it as if it was poisoned. "Oh c'mon, it's gonna kill ya is it? Even if it was burnt, which it isn't," mama said, chewing on a large piece of her food. "Hmm. Wow, it isn't absolutely terrible. It's actual pretty good and not burnt. Good job Miko. Good job." Mama smiled, clearly very proud of herself. "So, what were you two doing while I was asleep? Anything interesting?" I panicked slightly, not wanting to bring up my parents again. "Nothing really. She woke up just before I finished with the pancakes so she didn't really have a chance to say anything before she was given food," mama answered, saving me from panicking. "Hm, alright. So, anything interesting happening today? Are ya gonna go do more legal stuff?" I wasn't actually sure if we had more legal things to sort today since my brain fell asleep just in time to not catch anything about following 'meetings' or whatever they even were. "Yeah, in the afternoon. So, what do you wanna do in the meantime? Any ideas?" "Hm, I dunno. Ketsu, any ideas? What do you like to do?" I had no clue what we could do, I didn't even know what was in this city. "Huh? I dunno. Maybe we could watch a movie or something? Marley and me, maybe?" I didn't even know what we could do in the house, so I said the first thing that came to mind. "That doesn't sound bad, plus, I don't think I've seen Marley and me. I heard it's about a dog," mum said, finishing her food. "It's an awesome movie, we should definitely watch it. I could make popcorn too! Oooh, Ocha, make the popcorn, I'm gonna get some blankets and pillows and we can all sit on the sofa nice and comfy," mama rambled, grabbing all of the plates since everyone had finished their food, practically jumping with every step. "Alright, why don't you follow after her and make sure she doesn't, I dunno, start playing the knife game and rip her hand off or something, I'll get the popcorn," mum suggested, going into the kitchen and searching the cupboards. "Alright, do you know where she went?" "Hmm if I was her then I'd be in the other rooms gathering stuff, so go look in that direction," she answered, pointing through a doorway. "Okay, thank you. Mama! Where'd ya go?" I ran off in the direction mum had pointed in. I ended up finding her in one of the spare rooms gathering as many pillows and blankets as she could physically carry. "Are you good mama? Can you even see?" "No, no I can not. Oh, can you help out? Grab as many of these pillows and soft things as you can," she said. I could hear her smile in her voice. "I think I should help you not walk into a wall and knock yourself out or something," I answered, grabbing some blankets off of the pile in her arms so she could actually see over it. "Aww c'mon, I could've carried that," she whined. "Yeah, and if you did, you wouldn't be able to see and you'd probably end up hurt," I said, trying to make sure I didn't drop anything. "Fiiiiiiiine, let's go put these on the sofa and then we can come back for more," she said, walking back through to the living room. "I think we have enough things. I'm sure we could coat the entire sofa in everything we have already," I muttered, trying to keep up with mama's surprisingly fast pace. "Okay, I guess you're right," she sighed, putting the tower of soft things she had in her arms down. "You actually convinced her to not make a mountain of blankets? Damn, even I'm not that good," mum smiled, resting on the back of the sofa. "Is she hard to convince?" "Hard to convince is an understatement. She's absolutely relentless when she has her mind set on something. She once decided to do 'parkour' on top of buildings and broke her arm, even after multiple people, including myself, tried to stop her," she answered, messing up mama's hair. "Hey, hey leave the hair alone. And for your information, I was absolutely badass up there, okay? I only fell because of that stupid raccoon," mama snapped, lightly punching mum in the arm. "Okay, whatever you say. So, wanna actually start the movie?" "Yeah, let's get this movie started," I said, hopping onto the mass of pillows and blankets, closely followed by mama, who copied what I did, and mum who sat down a lot calmer then we had. "Ocha, what happened to the popcorn?" "Fuck, the popcorn!" Mum quite literally threw herself over the back of the sofa, running to the kitchen. "Who's burning stuff now," mama muttered, smiling to herself. "It's not burnt! Don't worry!" Mum trotted back to us with a bowl of popcorn that she placed on the table in front of us. "Salted right?" "Yes Miko, it's salted. Last time it wasn't salted, you poured like half the thing of salt on it. How could I forget?" What the hell was wrong with mama? Absolutely nuts. "Ketsu, c'mere," mama called. I move closer to her, and when I was close enough, she grabbed my arm and dragged my closer. She wrapped her arms around me, dragging me into a hug. "Wha-" "Cuddles. A movie isn't good without cuddles," she muttered. "That's true," mum said, pulling mama into a hug as well. So, we were all piled into one big hug, mum hugging mama and mama hugging me. I settled into the hug, letting myself melt into her warmth. I hadn't felt so loved in years.

...I don't even know anymore. Thought I'd make sum cute stuf cuz this is absolutely adorable, I mean loooooook. At this point, I don't think there's gonna be a break sooo. Still, idk, if updates are delayed then you know why. Well, hope to see you soon I think, have a good day/night my little hyenas!
