Chi Fu walks down the stairs in a tattered outfit and slightly burned. "That was a deliberate attempt on my life. Where is she? Now she's done it. What a mess." Jungkook and troops push Mulan behind them to protect her. "Stand aside, that creature's not worth protecting."

"She's a hero." Jungkook said angrily in Chi Fu's face.

"She's a woman. She will never be worth anything."

Jungkook grabs Chi Fu by the shirt collar. "Listen, you pompous I had enough with you-"

The emperor walks down the steps. "That is enough!"

"Your Majesty, I can explain." Said Jungkook quickly.

The Emperor motions for Jungkook to stand aside. He and his men part giving the Emperor a clear path to Mulan. Mulan steps forward and bows before the Emperor. Chi Fu with a grin on his face waits to write down the words of the Emperor.

"I've heard a great deal about you, Fa Mulan. You stole your father's armor, ran away from home, impersonated a soldier, deceived your commanding officer, dishonored the Chinese army, destroyed my palace, AND...you have saved us all."

"My little baby's all grown up and savin' China." Mushu said to Cri-Kee. "You have a tissue?"

"Chi Fu," Called the emperor.

"Your Excellency?"

"See to it that this woman is made a member of my council."

Chi Fu muttering to himself. "A member of your coun..." realizing what the Emperor has said. "what?" He stutters. "But there are no council positions open, your Majesty." He said with a look of superiority.

"Very well then, you can have his job." Said the emperor pointing out Chi Fu.

"What?...My..." Chi Fu wobbles to and frowns then faints.

Mulan lets out a small laugh then turns to the Emperor and bows. "With all due respect, your Excellency. I have been away from home long enough."

Emperor takes off his pendant. "Then take this, so your family will know what you have done for me. And this" He hands her the sword of Shan-Yu. "so the world will know what you have done for China."

Mulan takes the gifts and jumps to hugs the Emperor. "Is she allowed to do that?" Yao asks and Jungkook and the others shrug.

Mulan walks away from the Emperor and is embraced by Yao and Ling.  Chien-Po comes up and lifts all three of them off the ground in a big bear hug. Chien-Po lets them all back to the ground again. Mulan walks toward Jungkook and stops in front of him. He opens his mouth to speak Mulan starts to smile anticipating something good.

"Um..." Mulan smiles. "You...You fight good." He said nervously and smiling awkwardly.

Mulan smile turns into a disappointment one. "Oh, thank you." She says and walks toward Khan.

Jungkook turns toward Mulan and grunts with disappointment in himself.

Mulan mounts Khan. "Khan, let's go home." Khan jumps down the steps and gallops on the flat parts of the stair case back down to ground level and the crowd cheers all the while. 

The Emperor approaches Jungkook and clears his throat. "The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all."

"Sir?" Said Jungkook dumbfounded.

"You don't meet a girl like that ev'ry dynasty."The emperor puts on his hat and walks back up the steps to his palace leaving behind a pensive Jungkook.

Here I also removed the scene where the emperor bows to mulan since the emperor only bows to gods or ancestors and his mother, no one else, it doesn't matter if she saved his life. You can watch more about in this video:)
