((Y/n)'s POV)
The two boys were excitedly showing her different things they had dragged to their hideout from snacks to blankets to redstone even. But her eyes kept catching on the intricate greens mixed together on the wall. Until finally she pointed it out.

"What's that on the wall?" She motioned towards it as Tubbo set down the plush bee in its corner. Tommy glanced and gave a quick shrug.

"No idea. It was here when we found it and that's all." He paused, contemplating. "There were other paintings on the walls as well, just really faded. They looked pretty poggers, but they're gone now." He pointed to a blank part of the wall. She frowned thoughtfully.

The two best friends had flopped down on their blanket to chat as she stepped closer to the wall, trying to examine it further. She only noticed as she crouched down that the murals were still there, just barely. Her dress served to wipe the dust away, sadly ruining the white skirt, but still achieving her goal.

Blues, greens, and reds stared out at her, making her curiosity run wild. She traced the lovely patterns closer to the one painting on the wall. Shapes (possibly people) formed with the colors. Finally, she reached the large oblong shape itself. Her eyes caught more shades of the color than she had ever seen before.

"Boys!" (Y/n) turned as she heard Carissa call out from the library. Tommy and Tubbo jumped up, suprised. A glance at the sunlight would confirm that it was noon.

The blonde grabbed her hand, pulling her away from the wall. But she glanced back, knowing that she'd come again.

(Wilbur's POV)
He awoke with the start as a chill ran through him. Or he thought he had woken up. The black void around him made him rethink that.

"Hello?" His voice echoed as if in a large room.

A shiver ran up his back as he sensed a presence behind him. It seemed to sense his fear as he suddenly felt a comfort aura coming from it. For some reason, his mind flashed back to the shadow figure and his words.

"Abbadon should never have said that to you. You're not ready to learn of your inheritance." Despite the underlying power he sensed in the tone, he felt oddly warm from the soft voice. "You're father will not be happy when he hears about this." A simmering anger, though not directed at him, filled the silence.

"Is that a good idea? (Y/n) doesn't need anymore stress since she just got back the other day." He suggested. The anger was replaced with contemplation.

"Maybe, but he could also help. He knows more about the alternate realm than you do." The warm voice pointed out.

"Really?"

It's not that he didn't like that, he just was unsure about the idea. When he thought of his dad, he thought of the strong warrior who kept their kingdom safe and in order. He never imagined Phil as someone who studied other realms.

"He didn't really have to study." She chuckled at his thoughts, surprising him. "Let's just say I helped a lot after he learned of his inheritance." He frowned thoughtfully, considering this new piece of information.

"Who are you again?" He received another laugh.

"You'll learn soon enough. Be wary of Abbadon though. He'll try and steal your little wisp away."

And just like that the world faded into view. He stated up at the blue sky, mind turning with everything he had been told. His brown eyes took a second to realize that (Y/n) was missing. When he did notice, he was up in a flash.

Though he felt a rush of worry, his logically side noticed the book missing and figured out the rest. With quick steps, assisted by a bit if adrenaline, he went back inside. And ran straight into Techno.

The pinkette let out a chuckle as his twin fell unceremoniously on his backside. Wilbur glared as he met those crimson eyes.

"Can't you watch where you're going?" He said with a bit of heat. Techno let out another chuckle as he straightened his poet's shirt.

"Or maybe you should pay more attention to the time. It's lunchtime and the dining room is that way." He pointed down the hall Wilbur had come from. The brunette scowled as he realized his twin was right. "Come on, or else Dad will be upset again." Techno gave him a hand to help stand.

The two, one scowling and one smirking, walked side by side. They reached the dark wood doors and the pinkette led the way inside. And Wilbur was relieved to see (Y/n) happily chatting with Tubbo and Tommy at the table. Well, more like listening to the chatter, but the smile showed she was still paying attention. Though her focus switched to him once he sat down next to her, making Techno smirk even more.

"Hey, Will." She said cheerfully. "How was your nap in the garden?"

"It was alright, I guess. But how long did you leave me for?" He asked in an accusatory tone. "I almost had a heart attack when you weren't there!" He exclaimed before digging into his lunch. Her laugh made his heart flutter.

"Maybe an hour or so. I ran off to find another book and I ran into those two." She motioned towards the happy chatterers.

"Ah, right. The gremlin and his best friend. The best pair to run into." He said with a chuckle. But then he noticed her hesitation. "Is everything alright?" He asked in a lower tone. Her response was a half smile.

"We can talk about it later." She said quickly at a similar volume before turning back to the blonde teen nearby.

Anxiety made a little pit in his stomach even as he filled it with his meal. Had something happened to her?

His mind flashed back to his conversation with that one person. Something had happened to him to....

They'd just have to discuss it later....
