Chapter 15

Suzy 's POV

"Tao, hey." I smiled." Hey Suzy, what are you doing here...with... him?" He asked eyeing Sehun who's still sitting and looking the other way.

"Oh no, no I'm not with him. We just bumped into each other a while ago hehe..." I said awkwardly." Anyway *clear throat* can I ask you a favour Tao?"

"Sure, what can I do?" Tao said smiling.

"Well, do you have your phone with you right now? I need to use it." I said.

" Um...I kind of forgot it at home. Why, is it urgent?" He asked.

"Oh, I just need to get home now because my parent are expecting me. It's alright though." I explained.

"I came with my car though. I can take you home." He offered.

"Really? Oh thank god. Thank you" I said and turned to see Sehun standing up and talk for the first time since Tao came.

"No thank you mate, she's doesn't need a ride." He said to Tao. Sehun got out his phone and handed it to me," Here, call your driver" was what he said. Bowya, what's wrong with him? I asked him before and he's giving it to me now?

"It's alright, she needs a lift, and I can drop her off. " Tao said staring at Sehun. Sehun turned and stare back at him. They staring was so intense, I could feel the heat coming from them.

"Um...hehe...Sehun I'll go with Tao, I think that's the quickest way."I spoke interrupting their staring contest.

Sehun's POV

When Suzy told me that, I swore Tao smirked at me. *Scoff* If people were not here, especially kids at the park, I would definitely show some kung fu to this panda. I put my phone back in my pocket," Alright then, if that's what you want" I said, and walked away. I'm soo stupid .I could have protest. Why did I leave them alone?! Arghh!!

My phone started vibrating. I took it out and answered the call.

"Hello?"

"Sehun, where are you?"

"Um..I'm at a park. I came down here for a walk."

"Ok then, come back home. I'm at yourself apartment right now. I need to talk to you."

"Ok, I'll be there in 5 minutes."

"Ok." Kai ended the call. I looked back at Suzy to see her and Tao getting in the car laughing and smiling.*Sigh* Why do I feel like punching him?

I started jogging back to my apartment.

Suzy's POV

During the short trip to my house, Tao and I made small chat. When we reached our destination, I saw Jieun walking up my gate. She turned around when I called her. A smile was plastered on her face when she saw me, but it turned into confusion when Tao got out the car.They greeted each other, and I thank Tao for the ride home.

When Tao was gone, I faced Jieun to see her raised an eyebrow at me. "What?" I asked confused. "You were with Tao?" She questioned.

"What? No! I was not. He just offered me a lift because the area where I was is too far from my house. Oh my god, we should get in already, my parent must be furious," I said as I dragged Jieun toward my front door. "Did my parent called you yet?" I asked her, and she shook her head.

We went through the hallway, and got to the living room where I saw two suitcases with my parent sitting on the couch heads down. Their head shot up in my direction when I cleared my throat. My dad was about to say, well yelled at me, but instead gave a small smile to Jieun when he saw her.

"Oh, Jieun, hello." My dad greeted her, while my mum greeted us as she stand up and walked over to us smiling. She took my bag and told us to sit on the couch in front of my dad.

"So, care to start your explanation on why you weren't at home yesterday after school till this morning?" My dad suggested clasping his hands together. I glanced at Jieun and that's how my parent let me off. After Jieun finished explaining things to my dad, my mum informed us about them going away.

"I thought I could trust you on your own, but with you coming home late without your friends knowing anything about it, I'm not sure if I should go anymore. I mean this is a big deal Suzy, both of our security guards are going with me and you driver is on holiday, and we are on the other side of the world. Maybe I should hire a bodyguard for you." My dad suggested.

"No, I'm totally fine on my own dad. I don't need a babysitter. You guys can go. The meeting you're having is really important right? I can stay over at Jieun or with Hyuna and Jiyeon place." I assured him.

My dad nodded understanding.

"Well, our flight is going to leave in an hour so we better get going." My mum spoke. I nodded and two of my security guys came and carried the suitcases and luggages to the limo. We gave my parent a hug and gave my mum a kiss on the cheek." Remember, no boys over, no partying, no late night out, and no.."

"Ok ok, I get it dad. Just trust me." I interrupted his speech of rules.

"Ok then, I'll call you every time when I can to check up on you. And I'll also call our neighbour Mrs.Park to keep an eye on you young girl." My dad warned. In case you're wondering, Mrs Park scan old cat lady who lives in front of my house across  the road.

My mum came and gave me another hug."And darling, no cooking please ok. Maybe when Jieun or Jiyeon is over but not when you're alone ok?" She reminded me. I nodded.

We said our farewell and when the limo was out of sight, Jieun turned to me,"Explain right now." She demanded. I playfully rolled my eyes and ran in the house to the living room. After I heard the door faintly closed, I saw Jieun walking towards me sitting down next to me and facing me. I turned to her and took a deep breath.

"Ok, please promise not to freak out." I said, more to myself but Jieun nodded nevertheless.

And then I started.
