— "the kids today at the swimming club were great! especially misaki-kun! he's been doing great recently.." makoto stopped to look at his friend, who was in a daze unfortunately not listening to a word of what the green-eyed male said.
"uh.. haru..? you're spacing out again.." the male sweat-dropped, worried for his friend.
"are you okay? haru?"
"hm? oh i'm fine." the blue eyed male stated.
"you dozed off for the third time now.. you got something on your mind..?"
taking a sip of his coffee, he looked away mumbling a quiet "no".
"yo, makoto! haru!" a red-colored male walked in with two other males with teal hair and brown hair with glasses.
"asahi, ikuya, hiyori.. hey!" makoto beamed, giving them a closed-eye smile while haru just muttered a quiet "hey".
"pleasant surprise seeing you two here.." hiyori commented.
"likewise" makoto said.
the three other boys decided to sit at the table with the other two, starting a conversation between the five of them.
"so.. what were you guys talking about..?" asahi asked.
"nothing really, haru was just dozing off."
"oh? what's up haru? got something to share with the class hm?" asahi swung his arm around haru's shoulder, having a small smirk on his face.
"it's nothing. don't worry about it" the swimmer announced.
"it must really something then.. someone is caught up in that swimming based mind of yours?" the redhead teased but his tone had a tint of curiosity.
"i'm surprised.. especially with tournaments coming up.. you should start focusing on your swimming" makoto assured his close friend.
"right. i want to go against you globally haru" ikuya spoke up.
