Chapter 12 - definition of Friendship

~Akashi~

Staring at the nicely wrapped lunch box, Akashi couldn't help but glare at the two women standing in front of him

"I said next week"

"Cook-san said that since Sponsor-san already paid for our train tickets, and place to stay, at the very least we need to thank him right away~" Rio giggled

"Eh? Did you make it Rio? I didn't see you make it this morning." Rio's twin brother, Jiro asked then gasped in nervousness "d-don't.... don't tell me... S-Sayaka-chan...?!"

"No. It's a special bento made with love for the great Akashi Seijurou-sama~" Rio responded but again received a sharp gaze from Akashi

"What's that? Sarcasm?"

"No, no, no, of course not. It's a special potion to make you like it more and more"

"Potion, huh" Akashi smirked and they all felt a thrill from his low voice "its a poison"

"Poison...?" Rio and Sayaka asked back but Akashi didn't response

"Then, where is the suspect of this poison bento?" He asked putting the lunch box on his bag

"Hiding from you that's why we became the courier" Rio responded and again received a glare "this is the third time I received a death glare from Seijurou-sama" Rio complained then hid behind her brother "like Cook-san said I don't want to get anymore problem than this, especially from his crazy fans. So Cook-san told us to deliver it to you. Then once you are done, just give it to Jiro, he'll give it to me, I'll give it back to Cook-san"

"Seijurou-sama, you got a lunch?" Anna approached them with Ukyo "you don't eat lunch, right?"

"No"

"But then why?"

"Hmmm, that's an entirely different reaction" Rio again stood next to Sayaka, making everyone looked at her curious to what she meant "Anna, are you okay that Seijurou-sama isn't eating lunch?"

"Eh? Yeah, it's his choice and I can't disobey his choice" Anna responded with her usual gentle manner

"Hmmmmm"

"What's wrong, Rio?" Jiro asked but noticed an enigmatic smile from his sister

"Nothing, just, Cook-san got mad."

"Huh? Got mad?"

"Yeah, when that person found out Seijurou-sama doesn't eat lunch" Rio smiled then looked at Akashi, who was also looking at her "that bastard, he's nagging off people about their health and everything, and he himself not looking after his health. He'll die soon, for sure." Rio chuckled "how charming, right?"

"And, who is this Cook-san anyways?" Jiro asked but Rio patted his back "what's that?!"

"Well then, just give the bento to Jiro. We'll take our leave now- Ah, one last thing, please have water or fruit juice for your drink. Let's go Sayaka- Sayaka?"

"Uhm, Akashi-sama, if I may, can I ask a question?" Sayaka asked and flinched when Akashi's mismatched eyes pierced towards her "uhm, why did you choose that condition? And of all people, that person?" But Akashi didn't response, instead looked back at her. Sayaka closed her eyes then shook her head "No, my apologies, please forget what I asked. You have a reason for sure. Anyways, please enjoy the lunch as you requested. And if you have any preference next time, please let us know"

Sayaka bowed down and excused herself, then left first. Rio followed her behind.
