Chapter 16 - Ominous

I don't think I slept. I just heard the voice of Ishikawa followed by Ono. But based on the footsteps, I think all of them already woke up.

I removed my blanket and was surprised that Anna was already awake.

"Good morning, (f/n)-san" she greeted, and what's with this angel this early morning?! "Were you able to sleep well?"

"Good morning, and y-yeah. I think I did. How about Anna?"

"Yeah, I did" she smiled then looked outside "I had a dream, and I feel like it's ending soon" she again turned to me and smiled "I really hope this dream, it will end soon. Have you experienced that? Having dreams that you wanted to end?"

"If its a dream, no I don't want that dream to end. If it's nightmare, I will. But then, how would I know if it's really nightmare if I couldn't even remember them, or more like, I want to forget them" I answered in low voice

"In (f/n)-san's case, aren't you just trying to evade and trying to forget it? Thinking it's nightmare, but it's really a very sweet dream?"

"Sweet dream...? Sweet nightmare, probably?" We laughed. We're laughing as if talking the same thing, but I think we're actually not.

"(F/n)-san"

"Hmmm?"

"Are you really not going out with Seijurou-sama?"

Silence covered us, and I could see the seriousness from Anna's eyes. She's really asking it seriously

"I am not. We also didn't go out when we were in middle school."

"Even though you attended Rakuzan as well. Also, then why-?"

"You two, what are you talking about?" Rio sat down, her eyes still closed. "Your voices are so low, but it was actually annoying. What are you two talking about?" She yawned and we could see her teary eyes

"Just about dreams" I responded then stand up "anyways, the guys are already awake. I'll prepare breakfast now. How about you two?"

"We wanted to help, but cooking is one thing we can't do, especially Anna" Rio responded but received a shoulder bump from Anna

"I understand. I'll call you when breakfast is ready. Sayaka and Fujiko are still sleeping anyways"

I folded my blanket then excused myself.

But I was surprised when I closed the door of my room, Katagiri just came out of the room as well.

"Good morning, Katagiri"

"Good morning. Are the others still sleeping?"

"Anna and Rio are already awake. They will stay inside until breakfast is ready." I responded as I walked towards the kitchen, him following me behind

"Breakfast? I think you don't need to worry about that"

I curiously looked at him but was surprised when I heard voices from the kitchen

I blinked fast and saw Ono and Ishikawa cooking in my kitchen.

"What are you doing...?"

"The two lost last night during our last game. We decided to have punishment during our last game. These two lost, so they are preparing the breakfast" Katagiri responded then crossed his arms "but you two, it's been a while since you went out. You haven't started?"

"Ah, good morning Ukyo, and (f/n)-chan" Ishikawa greeted us "sorry, we didn't know where things are here. So it took time"

"Sorry, let me help you then" I approached them but Ono stopped me and chuckled
