Waking up wasn't easy. They were up at the crack of dawn, awakened by the banging of something on a pipe.

"Initiates. Wake up. Meet me in the Pit in ten minutes." Four says to us.

Yn gets up, shaking sleep from his body. He took his shirt off to change, and could feel a few stares on him. He wasn't that fit, but he still had some defined muscle.

He had waited a bit for Christina and Tris, but they were taking too long, so he just went to the Pit.

He was the first one to arrive. So it was just him and four. Him. and Four. Yeah it was awkward.

They just kinda stood there making eye contact once in a while. Who knew Four could be so awkward.

After a few minutes Christina and Tris showed up, and Yn gratefully turned to Christina.

She also turned to look at him, eyebrows raised. He felt his face slowly start to heat up, but quickly shook his head. Nothing had happened between him and Four. Nothing.

After everyone showed up, Four started talking.

"Now," he started. "As I may have stated before, we are going to teach you how to fight. This is going to be useful in trying to live in Dauntless."

As of right now, all Yn was thinking about was getting through initiation. Then he'll think about actually surviving in dauntless.

"Today we'll go through the different positions, and tomorrow we'll start fighting. I highly recommend paying attention. Those who don't learn fast will get hurt," said Four.

Four started going through different moves, acting them against the air, and then against a punching bag.

As it did with the gun and knives, it takes a bit for Yn to figure out how exactly to hit the bag and get everything correct.

Yn was punching the bag, and his hands were stating to get red and irritated.

After a bit he could feel Fours stare behind him, and that made him very aware of what he was doing. He had sweat running down his back and face, and probably looked like a mess. After a bit Four eventually said "Good. One suggestion though. You're tall, so it would be better if it you to crouch down a bit more." He touches Yns back for a second, quietly saying, "It's important to flex your back when doing these." After saying that he walked away to observe someone else.

Yn stares after him, lost. What did that mean? It was true though. Yn was almost as tall as Four was, only like two inches shorter. Yn was about 6'1, so Four was around 6'3. (i ain't joking i searched up how tall four was, and it said he was 6'3 sooooo- and you can also change the height if you want :) )

After about 30 minutes Four releases them. They have no more practice today, instead starting up tomorrow with them fighting each other.

The group goes and eats lunch, and Yn decides he wants some piercings. Nothing huge, just getting his ears pierced.

He split ways with Christina and Tris. They were gonna go shopping.. Yn silently wished the best for Tris. Christina can be a bittttt much when it comes to shopping.

Al and Will also left, doing who knows what. So, that left Yn by himself. He was okay with that. It gave him time to think about things.

Walking up to the tattoo parlor/piercing place, he was still deep in thought. But he finally cleared his head when he got in the place.

Tori was there again, and he greeted her.

"So, what brings you in here today?" She asked.

"I wanna get my ears pierced," he replied.

She said "alright" and then brought him to the piercing section of the place. When going there, they passed some of the more private tattoo places. He saw a person in there with a back full of ink. It took Yn a second to realize that it was Four. Four. Yn never realized that Four might have tattoos. He quickly walked away, not wanting Four to see him.. and he also didn't want him to see Yn checking him out... he had some nice muscles.

*ahem* ANYWAYS

He continued following Tori into another room with different types of jewelry in it.

"So," started Tori. "You said that you wanted your ears pierced right?" After Yn nodded, she brought him over to look at the different studs he could choose from. He just chose simple black ones.

He sat down in the chair while Tori got everything ready. He felt her clean his ear, and then she got the needle ready. "Breath in, and when you breath out i'll put it in. Okay?" When he nodded she told him to breath, and on the exhale she put the needle through. It stung a little bit, but didn't hurt that much.

After she finished the other ear, she handed him a mirror so he could look at himself. Paired with his h/c hair, and e/c eyes, the piercings looked really good on him. Not to toot his own horn ofc.

Listening to her suggestions on how to take care of them, when to take them out, Yn was very ready to get out of there.

So, there Yn was, paying for his piercings. It cost 6 credits in total. They got this little card that resembled a credit card, that had their credits on it.

As he was putting it in his wallet thing, he saw Four walking out of the room, mid motion of putting his shirt on. Yn froze, unable to look away from his chest.. area. He could see these tendrils of ink curling around Fours ribcage.

After what was probably an embarrassing amount of time, Yn tore his eyes away from Four. He turned to Tori and said "Thanks Tori. See ya later?" And when she nodded with her eyebrows raised, he left, silently cursing himself for how that interaction went.

Yn could feel Fours stare, but he refused to look back. But, ofc his eyes don't listen to him and he looks back once he gets to the door. Four was looking at him with a weird expression on his face.. what does that mean?? Yn thought.

It was on his mind the entire way back, and the entire time he was laying in bed. There was still a good amount of time left before he had to sleep, but he didn't feel like doing anything.

That is, until Uriah came around and wanted to see if he was free. (He was)

So here he was, shooting random stuff with Uriah, Lynn, and Marlene. It was a good way to spend the afternoon.

Well it was a fun time until Uriah's older brother Zeke, Lynn's older sister Shauna, and Four came and ruined the party.

As Zeke was lecturing them on how what they were doing was immature, Yn somehow caught Fours eye. Wow his eyes were beautiful. They stared at each other for what felt like an eternity, until Yn realized Uriah was tugging on his shirt.

"Dude," Uriah started. "Are you okay? You kinda looked spaced out there while my obnoxious brother was scolding us. And," his voice dropped to a whisper. "You were staring at Four..?"

Yn suddenly flushed, and told Uriah that it was nothing. He suggested that they should go somewhere else, where no one could bug them. And off they were. Yn could still feel Fours stare linger on him, even though they were nowhere near him by now.

After some more messing around, the group went their separate ways, with Uriah Lynn and Marlene going to the dauntless born section, and Yn going to the transfer one.

He fell asleep with Fours eyes in his mind once again.
