Susheela was sitting alone selecting the rings when a girl came and tapped her shoulder 

Omg the famous actor is back in townnn 

She turns to find 2 of her old school friends 

Tanu the one she genuinely liked and niya...well let's just say not 

S: wow it's soo good to see you both after soo long! 

T: tum wapas kab aai ? 

S: bass abhi ek week- 

Jeweler: ma'am ye ring dekhiye 

N: tu male rings kyu dekh rahi h?! Omg getting engaged? 

T:wow yaar congratulations who's the lucky guy 

She looks at Pramod 

N: damn ! Banda hot h yaar....mujhe to lagta tha you'll end up with that nerdy boring chashmish

T: come on niya tujhe Pramod se problem kya thi... ye dono genuinely aache lagte the ! Tbh mujhe bhi lagta tha you'll end up with him

S: aree mujhe bolne to do- 

Pramod comes near her 

P: hey let's leave rings decide kar li ? 

Niya flirtly gives him her hand to shake 

N: hello Susheela's childhood friend here... manna padega iski kismat ko... kyuki iski choice to she rolls her eyes 

Susheela picks up one of the rings she was about to final 

S: han "chota haddi " chalo 

Tanu realises it and smiles 

T : you really changed Pramod...pahchan me hi nahi aa rahe ho! 

P: London does it's work

And a breakup too Pramod thinks 

N: what?! Tum- tum wo...

S: niya have a seat jhatka laga hoga na Susheela says sarcastically 

Vaise tanu tum log yaha? 

T: han wo....

N: i got proposed! 2 weeks baad engagement h

S: really to whom?! 

N: varun ofcourse! 

Pramod's mood immediately turns bitter 

T: both marrying childhood loves ... vaise tumhari Kab h? 

P: kal..

S: you know what you guys should come! Kitne time se kisi school friend se nahi mili...vaise bhi mere mumbai ke friends nahi aa rahe 

Pramod holds Susheela's hand tightly thinking ab varun bhi aayega 

N: yes sure ! I'm sure varun will love it ! He hasn't changed a bit she says batting her eyelashes 

Pramod and Susheela pays the bills separately Susheela shows liz the rings but she looks lost somewhere else 

They sit back when liz drives and Susheela gives her the directions 

They go to have ice cream Susheela finds liz isn't that bad maybe she was just too jealous to notice it 

Pramod gets a official call about his leave so he was busy taking while liz asks Susheela 

L: tell me one thing how important is Pramod to you

This caught her off guard 

S:umm...seriously i Don't think i can put it in words... he's just... i don't know things just feel right when he's around 

L: why did you choose him for all this fake drama? 

S: haa me and Pramod have always been like this...planning and plotting together 

Susheela smiles at their memories 

L: Susheela when Pramod left... how did you..

S: umm liz.. see i had my dreams my vision set and when he went... we just got apart on some misunderstandings

L: wo to kabhi bi ho sakti h na...didn't you trust him? 

S: i trust him on my life... she smiles looking at him... and now that he's back i can't imagine my life without him

L: do you love him? 

Susheela just stood there numb 

Did she love him ? Ofcourse she was crazy for him 10 years ago... but now? She wasn't sure of her own feelings...why was she jealous....why did things hurt...,everything seemed right but felt completely wrong 

Pramod comes back to them so thankfully she didn't need to answer it but that question was revolving in her mind the whole time... did she still love him? 

Pramod drops Susheela at her home 

He gets down the car and they stand near the door to talk

P: kal milte h miss ruhail ! Hopefully everything goes well 

S: I'm sorry Pramod maine tumhe iss sab me fasa diya 

She holds his hand 

S: i know ye sab cheeze tumhe bohat affect karti h... you wanted it with the right person 

Pramod hugs her 

P: kuch nahi hota.., let's do it once again 

S: again? 

P: don't tell me you don't remember it

She blushes looking down 

That was the night she could never forget 

Next chapter is going to be a flashback after a really long time💀
