Meanwhile, completely unaware of the threats coming his way, Jayden stood at the station, confused and completely lost.

Fine, he wanted to have nothing to do with a marriage, but this was never really his idea. This was his mom's, so he did not know what to do next.

"Okay, okay, I need to remember what mom said." He said while tapping his head repeatedly as an attempt to wake his dull brain.

"Ah" he exclaimed. He just remembered something really important his mom had said to him.

He remembered that his mom's exact words were..."once you reach the border, take the phone, there is a number already stored in it, call him and tell him your name and tell him where you are. You can trust him, he is a good friend of mine and I know he would help you. Take care honey."

He would forever remain grateful to his mom. Cause Within a short period of time, she had already whipped out a plan. How smart she was, he was sure that if it were not for his mom, he would have been a married man by now.

Quickly reaching his bag, he brought out his phone and turned it on. The phone was an old Nokia classic.

The phone was so small that you would mistake it for a  toy.

Once the phone was on, he quickly went through the contact, he saw only three numbers saved into the phone. Weird.

"Gosh, I thought mom said only one number was saved into this phone. How in the world am I to know which number to call?" His nose flared in anger.

He was confused. Every time he was a step closer to something, he would encounter a dead end. Guess the universe hated to see him happy.

"Hmm, now I have no choice but to try them all." He grumbled at his predicament.

He was lazy, didn't they get it? He was always getting things done for him. This sounded like too much work for him.

He was still complaining when he heard his stomach growling at him.

"Great, now my stomach decides to complain with me." He put an arm over his stomach to silent the noise but failed miserably as another growl which caught the attention of people errupted  from his stomach.

He blushed in embarrassment and lowered his head while adjusting the cap on his head.

He decided to look for a cafe or a restaurant where he could get something to eat and maybe get a chance to call the numbers.

He walked out of the station and took in the fresh air of the country he was in.

It was seven A.M and people were moving even more than before. Maybe, they were late, who knows?

He noticed one thing though, the population here, was only a few than his.

These people moved without stopping, they minded their businesses and never looked at anyone like an hypocrite. He was grateful for that.

Life was full of fakers. And for once, he was glad to be in a place like this, even if it was only for the time being.

He walked a few meters before spotting a cafe. His face formed into a smile before he walked, in between runs, to the cafe.

He opened the door of the cafe and the bell attached to the door, ran out alerting the people inside of another customer.

He walked up to a booth and sat on it. He looked round the cafe, and was glad that it was not loaded with customers. He breathed out a sigh of relief.
