•Y/n's Pov•

"I forgot the fucking curtains." I buried my head into the pillow. I could feel the warmth of the sun hitting my back. It was the same type of comfortable warmth you get after a nice cup of hot chocolate.

I turned my head away from the pillow to opened my eyes, blinking away the last bits of sleepy-ness.

Work work and then back to work.

"Y/n! Your treating me to lunch!" The loud energetic voice of Kiria passed by my door. Followed by a loud knock.

"Your up right? Cant imagine you sleeping in often." I could see her shadow from the crack of the door. Waiting not so patiently.

"You'd be correct, but if given the chance- Oh I'd run with it." We both let out soft laugher. I quickly went to dress for the day while having a conversation about lunch with Kiria. She wanted to go out, I suggested not. She then wanted sushi, while I suggested sandwiches.

Whenever deciding on food we always seemed to go down and pick sandwiches. No matter what original plans were.

"Ah! So nice to see your tired and worn out face again Y/n! Now you can wake up Sukuna."

"Is that all you came here for?"

"Not completely, I came to tell you about lunch too!" Just as she came she quickly turned and left. Mimicking her but in the opposite direction of the hall to my study.

Sukuna didn't need to wake up yet. He'll have a pretty bad hangover to deal with. I also wasn't ready to face him yet. As much as I wanted too, which just felt wrong at the same time.

I didn't want to know whether he remembered any of the tension or if he would mention the girl again. Whoever she was, maybe she could lighten his mood a bit. Unless she was just a lustful type of attraction, knowing Sukuna that's probably what she was.

And he goes and raises tensions with me.

•Sukuna's Pov•

"Good morning Master. Your breakfast- I meant lunch is already prepped, would you like me to bring it up?"

"No, I'll head down. Go away." I put a hand through my bed head. It was noon and I was barely getting up. My head was hurting only slightly and I was starving.

I still had no shirt on, too tired to get up last night. I was lucky I put on pants, but that doesn't explain why I was left sleeping all this time.

I dressed myself and started heading down to the kitchen. On my way I was looking around for Y/n, curious as to why she wouldn't send some to wake me up or anything.

"Sir? Are you looking for something?"

"Kiria. Yes I'm looking for Y/n, haven't seen her today." Kiria stood there giving me a confused look. Holding onto a bucket and rag.

"She didn't wake you? Odd, you might have to check her study. She's been glued there for awhile now." She shrugged her shoulders before heading off. Careful to not drop the bucket filled to the brim with water.

What did she just forget about me? Choose to head off and look at reports?

I went to eat first, I was still very much starving, and Y/n could wait. Not that she even knows I'm awake and looking for her.

I could smell the food from out in the halls. The aroma practically danced about without care. It smelled sweet and warm, just like chocolate cake.

I quickened my walk towards the kitchen, rounding the door and seeing in the island in the middle of the pearly white kitchen chocolate cake. I must admit drunk me had good taste in breakfast. Moving around different cleaners and cooks I collected my prize.
